I'm genuinely disappointed. I understand I went through the drive through 45 minutes before closing and the employees might be tired. However, that is no excuse for the service I just received. My friend and I ordered just 2 tacos and a grilled cheese burrito. After getting home and starting to eat our order, we were highly disappointed. First of all, I asked for a couple packs of mild sauce and did not receive any. Second of all, my grilled cheese burrito wasn't even "grilled." Part of the cheese was still cold, shredded, and falling off the outside. It wasn't wrapped properly, and it was cold on the inside. Third, they added far too much chipotle sauce and it was extremely spicy. It was so bad I couldn't even eat half of it. For my friend, she ordered 2 Doritos locos tacos. Her taco beef was cold and it wasn't packaged properly either. One of the tacos was hardly filled with the toppings it was supposed to have, while also being broken. The worker that took our order hardly acknowledged us and slammed the drive thru window twice. This Taco Bell is extremely disappointing and regardless of it being near closing, the workers should have at least put some effort in the food if nothing else. read more

I am a doordasher. If you like having good delivery experience, do not order Taco bell. The packaging is horrible. The stickers don't work. They stuck the straw to the sticker and ruined both the straw and the sticker. Also, none of them would help me despite me calling out three times for another straw and stickers. I know it is fast food. However all restaurants need to train their staff to follow food safety standards. Observing the staff in the back who prepare the food on their (most likely unsterilized) cell phones and touching their faces and mouths with and without gloves on was disgusting to observe. Ordered a party pack and some other things. The cheesy roll ups barely had any cheese on them. The drink I received was the wrong one so I took it up to ask for a replacement and got an eye roll and a sarcastic response from the girl in glasses that limps on front counter. She was extremely rude about it. While waiting for our food the employees and managers were more focused on leaning over the front counter talking than making food. I work fast food this is ridiculous. Between rude employees and lazy ones I think we are gonna go to the JC location from now on. Neither of the TVs worked in the lobby and I wish they still had a few booths for those that have medical conditions that make chairs uncomfortable. read more

I used to eat Chalupas from Taco Bell occasionally but hadn't been there in quite some time. The chalupas used to be good, especially the fresh thick shell. Well, not today. The shells were hard. Because I went through the drive-thru, I didn't know how bad they were until I got home. I don't know if this was a one-off or if all their chalupas are like this now. Ordered through Door dash and when I got my order the 2 drinks I paid for was only the soda water without the flavor. My food was missing extras I paid for. When I called to speak with a manager she would not give me her name, was more than rude, and proceeded to tell me that if I have a problem with my order to either bring it up there or deal with it because she doesn't know what I want her to do about it. prices changed over a week ago by what mgr said but menu has not been updated. I asked to have override to match the price advertised and manager said they don't do that it's out of their control. if you are the manager of anything it is your job to advertise correctly. after attitude and refusing to speak to me I was also refused a receipt so I couldn't leave a bad review. my order was right under $50 theres no reason she couldn't have fixed it and made it right by the posted price. get better managers or get your crap together. read more

This Taco Bell is so great! I was so surprised to witness such a nice young black man, especially with the way the world is today.

I don't like complaining, but the manager here is so rude. She was yelling at an employee while I'm trying to order. Maybe she was in a bad mood, but it is really unacceptable in a retail environment. As far as the food goes.. it's a taco bell. About on par with the rest. I am never eating at the Elizabethton Taco Bell again! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I found a hair in my quesarito. My mom took it to the cashier. I didn't want it replaced, I didn't want another item. I just wanted them to know that there was hair in the food, and that they should check the rest of the food just in case. I also wanted an apology, which I don't think was asking too much. The cashier took the quesarito from my mom, took it to the back of the restaurant, and showed it to someone (she later told us it was the manager). She brought the quesarito back, said they couldn't find any hairs, and gave it back to my mom. My mom asked to speak with the manager. The cashier, who was being very rude and angry, said that the manager was too busy to talk to my mom. She never apologized. My mom came back to our table and told me about what happened. So we went back inside (we were eating outside), and asked if I could talk to the manager. The cashier said she was busy. I asked if there was a corporate number or a district manager's number that I could call. The cashier didn't even respond. She sighed exasperatedly, rolled her eyes, and stomped off to the back of the restaurant. She came back and said that her manager was busy, but could talk to me if I'd wait. I said that I would wait, and my mom and I sat in front of the counter and waited. We waited for more than ten minutes. For the last few minutes, I could see the manager, the cashier, and another employee huddled together talking. They were just talking! While we were waiting there! The manager finally came to the counter, and in a angry tone ask how she could help us. She was clearly annoyed, and her demeanor was very off putting. I explained the situation, I even said that I didn't want the item replaced, I didn't want anything else, I just wanted an apology. She said that she could apologize, but it was their policy that they had to see the hair and that she had not seen a hair in any food. I said that I've worked in fast food and I understand that it happens, I had just wanted to let them know. I then said that I felt it had been handled rudely, and that I wanted an apology. She kept saying that it was their policy not to do anything unless she saw the hair. She then started arguing with my mom. My mom was getting really upset, and started loudly saying that there was a hair in our food and that someone should at least apologize. I told the manager that we would just take their survey and call corporate. As we were leaving, my mom told other customers that there was a hair in food. The manager then followed us into the parking lot, yelling at us. As we were getting into my car, the manager, who followed us half way to my car, yelled at us to never come to her restaurant again. I have never experienced something like that. It would have just taken a few seconds to just say, "I'm really sorry that this happened to you," or just, "I'm sorry." No one ever apologized. I even got yelled at! I felt so disrespected. That was the worst customer service experience I've ever had. read more

I came through the drive thru and tried to place a order for take out. I was advised that I can order anything from the menu except anything with BEEF... I said you are out of BEEF? She said yes, I then said ok? Will you be cooking anymore tonight she then advised me it would be 15-20 minutes before it would be ready. So I started to order and told her I would just wait for the beef to cook. She then advised me I could not order anything and wait on the beef to cook because it would mess up their time. I then left drove around for 20 minutes and came back to order and once again I was told they were out of beef and it would be another 5-10 minutes. I then had to pull away and wait again. While sitting here I have seen at least 10 cars pull up to order and then drove off due to Taco Bell having no beef, causing a huge loss of customers tonight. Taco Bell saying we are out of beef is like saying KFC is out of chicken. My family and I eat at this particular Taco Bell at least 2 or more times a week. But tonight was a major let down and a huge disappointment in customer service. Once I placed my order I got to the window and one of the employees that took my money starts talking to a coworker making fun of how the car behind us and then shuts the window and says "OMG I wish these "fuc****" people would stop coming. I am not only very irate by this point but very embarrassed for one of the faces working for Taco Bell and acting in such a unprofessional manner! I am very unhappy with this situation and can only hope management can do something to fix this situation. I love Taco Bell but in this situation I'm not sure I will be visiting this location again. read more
