Decent experience today. Ordered through the app. Waited only 5 minutes or so. Free Mexican pizza through the app. Can't complain. I asked for a lot of sauce and they didn't disappoint. Filed my bag with lots of sauce. I've had some less than great visits, and usually occur on late nights in the drive thru. Going inside to pick up an online order has been seamless so far though. YMMV service wise. read more

This is my go-to Taco Bell only because of convenience but I finally decided that I will drive further and not go to this place anymore. I give it two stars because some staff are nice and the food isn't horrible.. I write this comment and would give it one star because of ONE individual that works there. This man works the drive thru, usually later at night. He is probably the rudest person I have ever met! I understand it's not the best job but if a customer is actually trying to be nice (I always ask how he is when he comes on the intercom with his scripted "hi how are you"). I'm not expecting to have a whole conversation with the guy but after his scripted intro, he says nothing until the order is placed and then just says the price. When I get to the window, he doesn't even acknowledge you and basically throws the food at you. One time, I placed an order online and he told me at the window that the location didn't have it so I was basically SOL and closed the window on me. I've given this place many chances, again because of convenience but the last time I went, he was extra rude! The location had been remodeled awhile back and I hadn't seen him for a bit once they reopened so I was excited but then he showed up again.. Maybe I'm just ranting but this man is not nice and I'm sure I'm not the only one who doesn't like the way he acts to customers, but I figured it was finally time to leave a review. The cashier never greeted me and did not seem like he wanted to smile. He looked as if he was bored and wanted his work shift to end. He did not thank me for dining with them and just gave me my change as if he hated his job. Cool Ranch Doritos Locos Tacos: Tasted good but kept breaking too easily. Fiesta Potatos: The potatos seemed like it was overcooked because it was a bit hard and not a softer texture. It was warm and not hot at all as if they just warmed it up after sitting there for a while. Crunchwrap Supreme: Has some flavor to it but needed to be hotter. Chalupa Beef Supreme: It tasted delicious and was the best out of everything that I ate from what I had ordered. Drink: Server never offered me a drink or tried to up-sell me one. Lazy employees. They could seriously work on their manners when customers are ordering. They have a weird attitude about "beef," like hello you work at a fast food chain that sells beef get over it. Also ordered two quesadilla and they didn't cut either. When asking for sauces, they act annoyed or angry that you're the customer and you're taking money from them. Doesn't even deserve two stars. They cheap out on ingredients. I had two strands of lettuce in my Gordita crunch once literally. They forgot red sauce in my burrito. It was so bland that i didn't even eat it and when i mentioned it i could get a refund or a burrito for it they said "but you did get a burrito right" (aka as long as you got something we don't care how it's made). Worst taco bell around us. They put nothing in burritos, Bell grande nachos have no beans and cheese, only chips, crunch warp supreme is the worst it empty only filled up with sour cream. I wish there was any way to report them to Taco Bell that they are cheating customers. I use only the driveway and have no issues with service. read more

Usually pretty busy around dinner time. Order online through the app so there is no confusion about what you ordered and always, always count the items you receive vs the items you ordered and make sure they match up. I have noticed they will occasionally run out of items too. read more

Every once in a while, you make some poor late night dining decisions, and tonight was that night for me. Service is really slow and the food is bland. I've had some decent food from Taco Bell before but in general this location is declining and it's sad since it is in a perfect location to make an insane amount of business. This location is always busy but the service seems to get slower and the food is blander every 6 months when I visit after forgetting how bad it was the previous time. The location is fairly clean. Always check your order as messed up orders are quite common. Late night, your options are limited in the area but all other times of the day, try something else. read more

If I could give this zero stars I would. I have had multiple bad experiences here but this was the absolute worst. Got an order for four people and half of the order was missing. I am so glad they re did their menu ! Couldn't be happier though that they brought back their seasoned side of rice . I drove to Taco Bell in Woodbridge, NJ one day last week late at night and noticed the cashier was wearing blue gloves to handle money from the customers. After taking my money he closed the window and coughed into his hand. After that he decided to help out the cook and grabbed the paper to wrap up my burritos and helped wrap them up. His hands were all over this then he grabbed a bag and put them in there then handed it to me. I took them since you never give food back in a restaurant. Tonight my dad took the grandkids to get some tacos. It's raining and he couldn't see very well so he accidentally took a wrong turn into the drive through. There was no one there so he didn't cut in line. However the drive through attendant refused to serve him the food and was very obnoxious. Imagine, an elder person and 2 kids & such disrespect. Taco Bell in general? Yuk. Whenever I happen to go, I forget that "Beef" means ground mystery meat, and that meal here is that beef plus cheese (which isn't really cheese, but cheese flavoring in oil) and refried beans, and some carbohydrate platform -- corn or white flour. But every so often, Taco Bell's promotions get to me, and I feel compelled to stop by. That's because there are some surprisingly decent choices (and satisfyingly bad ones too.) And this place has been consistently clean with good service. Plus, I tend to be out early, and I like that they open at 10 am. The first time I went was because they were running a promotion on their fresco tacos. I think I got a coupon for one free. Not bad! Still kind of corporate tasting, not like your local tacqueria -- but the ingredients were decent, fresh lettuce, you could taste the muscle fibers in the cubed meat they called "steak." The second time I went, I had a hankering for nachos. They offer them as a side order. Perfect size for filling that craving. Anything else would be deadly. Recently, I went because I saw a commercial for their grilled stuffed burrito. I couldn't resist -- I had visions of all the good ones I've had in private tacquerias before. It cost $6. I suppose it was inevitable that I'd be disappointed. Same meat as in the fresco taco, no complaints -- but everything else was a thick stew of their (fake?) cheese, rice, guacamole and beans. The wrapper was grilled as advertised though. Truth be told, it wasn't a bad burrito if you've never had the authentic thing before. $6 is still a little expensive though, when you could get a much healthier and satisfying meal at a local joint. I thought fast food was supposed to deliver the same product as local places for a lower price with economies of scale? It seems like this is an inferior product for the same price -- I wonder where the difference in cash goes? read more

This taco bell is always terrible when I decide to give them another chance once in a while. They skimp on sauces in the food, the cups of cheese are half the size of every other taco bell, and when you ask for extra sauce packets, no matter how much food you get, they only give you like 3 or 4. They take forever to prepare the food, and when I get it, it tastes like it had been sitting there for 15 minutes. By far the cheapest (quality and service wise) taco bell I have ever been to, and I've travelled all over NJ, CT, VT, PA, NY, and other states. No taco bell is worse than this one. read more

To begin with I wasn't allowed by the manager to order from dollar menu. I ordered chalupa and found hair inside it. The manager blamed me that it's my own hair and not their fault, he was very disrespectful and arrogant during the conversation. Taco Bell is Taco Bell and when you've made the decision to eat here you really aren't concerned with the quality of food or the service. It's a fast food restaurant that serves Mexican style fast food, that's about it. The drive thru is open until 1 am, but you should arrive a little earlier because they usually close at 12:50. If you go at dinner time, go inside instead of waiting on the drive thru because you will get your food quicker since they neglect the drive thru customers. It's somewhat clean inside. For a short time, about 2-3 years ago, they revamped their serve staff and it improved but it is bad again. Not sure what the issue is. When I asked them to top it correctly, they told me that is how they do it and I could get extra cheese if I wanted to pay for it. Just last month I ordered my food on the app, PAID FOR IT, waited almost an hour in the drive thru line and they proceeded to shut the lights off in my face and not even acknowledge me.
