They get the order right 50% of the time but that's not really what I care about. The server at the drive through is my issue, the only things he says is "what do you want", "ok", "pull up to the window". I understand it's fast food but their should still be good customer service.

In the Battle of McDonald v Taco Bell, TB wins by virtue of the storefront being open past 9 pm. Their service is a little slow due to the drive thru, but the food ends up coming out well.

The food was fast and excellent. Friendly worker. The place was very clean. Thankyou Taco Bell

They've gotten my order right 9 times running. I love how you can order your food and it's ready as soon as you arrive at the pickup window

My husband likes getting a variety of tacos - al pastor, barbacoa, shrimp, or carnitas. My favorite is the rajas bowl - tasty cactus, peppers, black beans, lettuce, and pico. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is the wild inconsistency in these bowls. I've had it over 10 times and you never really know what you're going to get. Sometimes it has avocado, sometimes rice or beans, sometimes lettuce is soggy on the bottom but sometimes sprinkled on top, sometimes hominy, one time they even added refried beans. It's totally dealer's choice of whoever happens to be assembling it in the kitchen on any given day. Nevertheless, I'll keep coming back!

The crispy chicken and wet taco were phenomenal, 10/10 and I will absolutely come back for more! The chips and queso were decent, could've been a bit more salty for the chips. The parking is of course always a zoo in this area, but oh well. Our only comment is that you don't get much for the price, 3 tacos left my fiancé wanting a fourth to get full (which would be $20+ for one meal). Well def get this as a snacky or appetizer again:)

To begin with, our table and the menus given to us were very dirty and had lots of visible food tidbits, which made us have to clean things up a bit ourselves. That was okay, though, because I have experienced worse and wouldn't choose to let it impact my judgment to such an extent. I thought the only item that was solid was my lengua torta, which had a good amount of stuff inside ranging from meat to lettuce to mayo, and made me full in a very satisfactory way. A lot of the tacos were dry and reliant on the lime for a little bit of juice, including the birria tacos. My partner ordered the chicken, shrimp, and fish tacos, and thought they all tasted mediocre. Personally I enjoyed having some radishes because they cleansed my palate when needed. Another unfortunate event was that later that night, I experienced a severe stomachache and had to throw up. Granted, I have not tried their birria with consomé yet, which per my understanding was what made them famous since the beginning of time, at least according to a piece of newspaper I had seen next to the bathroom. Next time when I visit, I will try such instead, which I hope can provide me with an improved experience.

Let's start with service, the server was nice enough, but very rarely came by to refill drinks. The others were taken quickly, but the food all came out at wildly different times. I received my food probably 20-25 minutes before the last person received theirs. The wave was maybe 2 people's food at a time. The whole free dip with 5 Birria tacos was confusing as no one really knew which tacos qualified. As for the food, the horchata was okay. It wasn't super flavorful and seemed poorly mixed. I had to take the top off to try and mix it better, but the straw didn't work well. The goat Birria was very bland to me. I added all the hot sauce, but still couldn't even really taste it. I ended up mainly just dipping the tortillas in the green sauce, which wasn't bad. Perhaps I came on an off day. I'm not sure I would go back though.

Salsa... doesn't matter if you go green or red... both with tingle your tongue but the red will drain your nose... keep pouring it on cause it's delicious. Was very surprised with the Arabe Taco... had the asada and it was great, especially for the value!! Beats anything Taco Bell can come up with plus fresh ingredients. As far as the burrito... it's just as packed and heavy as a Chipotle burrito but with REAL MEXICAN flavors... the Al Pastor is the crowd favorite and I can see why... not very traditional but very tasty! In terms of taste, the birria ramen was very salty, to the point that I had to water it down a bit to finish it. I appreciated the idea of having this option but I seriously think more meat and more noodles are needed for the consomé to not have an overpowering taste. The tacos tasted good as usual and had a good amount of ingredients which I loved. Previously I came here to get lengua tacos and they had very little dry lengua meat. The torta was also good in the most conventional way, which grilled chicken, mayo, and more. Back in the days I used to order a tray of tacos, 25 of them, for about $75 which I believe is still the case for the same price. I know that people in general will appreciate this establishment for its affordability on comfort food that will feed lots.

I've eaten a lot of burritos around Minneapolis, St. Paul, Eagan--you name it--but nothing has ever come close to this masterpiece. The only hiccup was the ordering process. They really want you to order through a QR code, which threw me off for a second. It's not the most intuitive setup, and I definitely had a "wait... am I doing this right?" moment. But once the order was in, everything turned around fast. The service was smooth, friendly, and the food came out quicker than I expected. And that shrimp burrito? Unreal. The tortilla was warm and perfectly toasted, the sauce had that rich, savory kick that makes you pause mid‑bite, and the shrimp... there were so many I genuinely lost count. No filler, no fluff--just pure shrimp glory from start to finish. If you're anywhere near Minneapolis and even remotely into shrimp, get yourself to El Sazón. That burrito deserves its own fan club.
