Upon arriving at the drive-thru, we waited for an extended period only to discover that the payment method was cash only. This lack of clarity or signage was frustrating and inconvenient. To make matters worse, when we finally received our order and returned home, we were dismayed to find that our tacos contained only lettuce and cheese, with no trace of the promised meat. I called the location 7 times in hopes that the management will address these issues. I am nine years old and I think this taco bell can be WAY better, my dad took me here today and I DID NOT like the food. We got three tacos two of the same and one different and they WERE NOT GOOD the taco shells were cold and we also got a burrito, and once my dad ate dog food when he was a kid and he said it tasted like the exact same. This is quite possibly the worst taco bell franchise in existence. Ordered through the online app and said it was ready to be picked up which clearly it wasn't. The "workers" couldn't be bothered to come see what I was even waiting for even though they looked right at me. Finally I caught the attention of one of them and they reprinted my receipt and said they would go get the order. They vanished and weren't seen from again. About 20 minutes later I finally got someone to just refund my money. It's a taco bell so you don't expect the quality of food to be great. I go there cause my wife loves taco bell (I don't know why). If the service here was normal it would be 4 stars for me as a taco bell, but half the times I've been they might get something wrong (it's an adventure), a drink, some food item. It usually doesn't matter much to me because all the food at taco bell is the same quality to me (i.e. not good) so it's not like I'm ever craving something and missed out and as for drinks, we usually have drinks at home as they serve Pepsi products and it's not my first option. I rarely post reviews anymore, and when I do they are usually pretty positive especially with understaffed locations and overworked employees being the norm. However this location is absolute shit. What was once a great, well run location is now a miserably bad Taco Bell. The lines are constantly long, not because the food is so great but because the staff has no clue what they are doing and could care less as seen by the constant scowls and piss poor attitudes. Orders are NEVER correct....ever. But good luck finding someone who cares because once you bring it to their attention they snatch the wrong bag of food from you and toss it into the garbage....then you wait another 42 minutes for your original order that is now slapped together by what I can only assume is a toddler playing with the ingredients as everything is falling apart, or poorly wrapped. 28 minutes one night in drive thru....order was wrong...another 14 minutes just to get back to the window to get the correct items. Not an apology....not a polite smile...just resting bitch face and disdain. Whoever owns or runs this location should be ashamed that they allow this heavily populated location turn into this epic turd of a fast food restaurant. If you hate your job, hate the customers, and hate making food maybe go do something else. And if no one else wants to do this job and do it right with a good attitude, shut the location down entirely instead of making those who don't know how shitty this place is and waste time going here, pay the price. I've driven by here many times without stopping. My original plan was to go Panera but saw the line and opted for Taco Bell. When I walked in I noticed it was very clean. A gentleman around 60 was cleaning and came behind the counter to take my order. I was impressed with this gentleman who had the ability to make conversation while I waited for my order. This particular location was awesome 4 or 5 years ago. Don't know if there was new management during this time, but for some reason the amount of protein they use now is pretty much half of what they used to. I ate what I got today because I was starving, but probably won't go here in the future. On a positive note the staff is always friendly and really busts their asses through the drive thru. Sometimes almost too fast, because they frequently make small mistakes on tacos. I will eat almost anything, but my wife is very particular and won't even eat something if there is lettuce on it. Paid extra to substitute beef with chicken. However, when I reached home and gave the item to family member, she bit into it and discovered it was beef. Had her very upset as beef is against her religion. When I called next day and was offered a coupon, and a refund. I did not care for this, but I asked for the system to be looked into and to ensure such things don't happen, as this is probably the third time they got my order wrong in the past year, and I don't visit here much. However, "manager" insists that she is trying to resolve the issue by offering my $3.80 back and coupons. No genuine apology or reassurance for future corrections. After requesting directly top speak to regional manager, and after some hesitation, gave me number of 508 339 6150. Called and left message, but no reply. I guess bottom line, beware they may screw up your order, so check it before you leave, if you can. Horrible service and the worst chef in the world looks like the entire company got hired yesterday

This review is not about the food, but rather a particular employee. I was going to let it go, but it's happened 5 times that I'm aware of. There is an older gentleman that is usually working the drive thru window. If I pay cash, he will always short me a dollar. I've watched him at least once set the dollar below before handing the rest of my change out the window. I've called him out for short changing me each time and he usually talks about how tired he is and must've forgot. This is not right, it's stealing. It's sad that I have to make sure I get the correct change back every time I visit this location. A couple of times then ok maybe it's a mistake, but it has been every time this man has been working when I've visited. Please beware. As a kid I frequented this location and it was always great. Now, not so much. The last few times I was in the area and decided to abuse my body with fast food I stopped here and drove away sad.
