I like going to Taco Bell, and this is the location I've visited the most over the years. My orders have been right like 99% of the time and I've never had to complain. The tables and bathrooms are usually kept clean. The staff is friendly and the service is fast. Most of the time my order is ready within a few minutes after I placed it. I am not one to complain but I only get 30 minute lunch and I eat at Taco Bell once or twice a week. The service is good everyone is friendly at time of order and at the window the issue is in the kitchen, last week got loaded fries didn't have meat on it, and tonight ordered the same thing fries was cold, lid wasn't on the fries so when took out of bag spilt everywhere and there wasn't much to it. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. My mother and I went to have breakfast with my 2 year old. Not only did they give us the wrong order but they gave us food that had been sitting out for God knows how long. My son even said "yuck". To say the least, we will NEVER BE BACK. I ordered online. When I got there, they told me the order was already picked up. I showed them my app and my order. The manager (I assume) told the young employee that I had already been there, and I am just trying to get more food, but he will make it anyway. Basically, he called me a thief!! He believed that I ordered food, came in, left and ate it and came back 15 minutes later just to say that I didn't pick it up so I could get more food. That's INSANE! He said that I was in earlier to grab the food. Let's just imagine that is true. What kind of dumb thief would physically come in just to return 15 minutes later. Okay, the prices here were higher than at home (Houston, TX). The $.99 items were $1.19 and the $5 box was $5.99, BUT I've never had such a stuffed burrito and so much nacho cheese on my nachos! Worth the little extra money for big, hot portions! Win! My delivery driver job does not take delivery from here. My personal experiences here are always pathetic. I just left there and my order was wrong and I was overcharged for about the 10th time. I only had enough money to eat once today. I chose here because it's cheap. The screen displayed my total at $7.38 but I was charged $9.59. I got the wrong drink, wrong food, wrong sauce, and extra crap I didn't order. I received no receipt and despite me bringing up the error I was still charged. The manager doesn't even care as last time I went in and she gave my the run around and I was still charged nearly $30 for a bar go box that cost about $24. I ordered a 12 pack of Tacos. And they asked if I wanted a drink or anything like they're supposed to try and up sell. I said sure I'll take 2 large Dr.Peppers. I get my order and go home as the food wasn't for me it was for my gf and my little brother. They asked me to taste the Dr. Pepper and it was bad. I assume it was out of syrup. I've rarely taken it back or asked for any money back because it usually was just for me. But since the drinks weren't for me I just paid for them I wanted them replaced and my $20 order refunded for my inconvenience of driving back. Keep in mind I live on the outskirts of town. So this whole process takes about an hour of my time. The Manager says she will only refund the drinks and replace them. I wanted the whole order refunded. She refused, and said I'm not going to do that. The reason I wanted the order refunded because it cost literally nothing for them to give me free drinks. There should be an inconvenience for them since their error caused me such an inconvenience. If I had waited for an hour I would've be given my order for free. So since it took about an hour total to complete my order correctly I expect the same. I told the manager I'd comeback in the morning and she was like good I'll be here I'm the GM if the store. She at no point tried to diffuse the situation and I wasn't at my most polite state but she had no care at the inconvenience she had caused me!!!! read more

This place is FAILS in each and every way restaurants try to avoid failing in. On 4-2-17, I went into Taco Bell store # 545 in Durant Oklahoma. I ordered a beefy frito burrito, a smothered burrito, and a taco for myself. I ordered a fiesta salad without salsa for my mother. I had to wait 20 minutes for these items to be fixed. The rice on both burritos was hard, and there was very little food in them. The taco was almost empty. I called the restaurant the next day on 4-3-17 and spoke to the manager Shanna. I told her the problem, and she asked if anything was wrong with the salad. I told her I had not asked my mother yet. She told me to bring my receipt, and if there was anything wrong with my mom's salad, to bring her receipt also, and she would replace all items. My mother told me the salad was covered with salsa (even though I told them to hold it) and she wasnt even able to eat it. So I made a special trip back to Taco Bell, and told some pregnant girl there (none of them wear name tags). She went to the back and then came back and said they would do it. So my son and I sat down at a table. Then the pregnant girl came back to tell me they were out of fritos, and asked if they could use other chips. I said yes. Then she told me the salad could not be replaced because I didn't mention it in the call (Shanna was not even there so how could they know!) I explained that Shanna told me that if there was a problem with the salad, then it would be also replaced. So the pregnant girl told me to wait AGAIN while she asked. She came back and told me the manager (not Shanna) would do it "this time". She told me that they were short handed and it "would be a couple of minutes", and then said "it would be right out:. We waited for 35 minutes, and still nothing! And though I could see others were having to wait, people who came in way after us were getting their food! I went to check on my food, and no one was even at the food preparation station! The pregnant girl told me "they were ABOUT to begin making mine". I said no way, and asked for a refund. This is when I learned Shanna was not even there. The shift leader walked up from the back (she had been standing around doing nothing with the pregnant girl when I had first walked up to check on my order). This shift leader named Kaylynn told me she could not give me a refund on the salad "since it was eaten". I told her it had all been eaten (LAST NIGHT)! Except the one thing that TRULY had NOT been eaten, was the one thing she was telling me had been. I told her Shanna had already told me all the food would be replaced. And since I had been in that restaurant waiting from 5:25 pm to 6:10 pm, and not only was my food not ready, but had not even been prepared, then I wanted a refund! Kaylynn refused to refund our money. She told me they were trying, and that's when I told her that she could not tell me she's trying when they were standing around doing nothing, and people who came in after my already had their food!
