I got the lengua, tripa, and tropo. They were all different and delicious. The lengua was so tender. I loved the crispiness of the tripa. The tropo was somewhere in between. The meat was cooked and seasoned correctly with no grease! We got ourselves a little sweet treat of churros and a cup of elote. Service was fast was greeted at the door and they automatically gave us a menu. I love the mix of vintage and modern farmhouse theme they have going on while staying in touch with their roots. They sell mexican deserts and have a display of mexican candy. The parking is very limited since its on main street. So do not use the parking on the side next to the post office it's for the post office workers use the other side and front street parking. They also have online ordering on their website.
