Sadly although the workers are very kind the food has started to be consistently horrid. The past two times I've gone I've been served what is possibly the world's most stale chalupas. The parts that don't crumble into dust are impenetrably chewy. Didn't have time to come back because it's my lunch break from work but it definitely makes me feel like not returning. Be careful leaving your bank card here. It will definitely be used by the time you come back for it. I came here on Monday night July 25th after getting off of work. I went through the drive thru and placed my order which cost me $9.53. The cashier at the window, who was a young blond girl with glasses, gave me my receipt but not my bank card back. I had not realized she did not give me my card back until I was half way home which is a few blocks away. I came back to Taco Bell immediately and I knocked on the glass door. The same girl recognized me and put up her finger for me to wait a moment. When she came to the door to give me back my bank card she said she had given it to the manager and she had to retrieve it. A few days later while in NC on vacation I noticed the extra charge on my card of $29.03 on my bank app. Now either the cashier or the Manager had charged my card for a purchase, which is the same as stealing. I notified my bank about the stolen charge and how it happened, and a case has been opened. I will NEVER come back to this Taco Bell again and I would advise everyone else to not purchase from this shady place as well. read more

They dont get the order right half of the time and the items come missing things I got a steak soft taco with not steak or tomatoes, it was just tortilla lettuce and cheese.... they constantly do things like this, this place should be shut down or taken over by new management. Taco Bell has proven to be the worst place in the world to get a decently made Taco. There are 4 basic ingredients to any Taco 1. The Meat 2. The Cheese 3. The Lettuce & 4. The Tomato. The good people at Taco Bell have made the corporate decision to exclude this essential part of this favorite snack food (THE TOMATO) for cost cutting reasons. Yes, you can get the tomato "for an extra added price", but why should you have to? The tomato has always been a valuable part of "TEAM TACO", and now the bean counters want to start selling the ingredients separately. I heard a rumor that they are petitioning to get the "T" removed from the "BLT". A final thought to Taco Bell. Your food is already over priced as well as poorly prepared at times. (TRY DRAINING THE GREASE AFTER COOKING). Do you really need to double charge for a product by claiming an essential part of said product is a side item. For some reason, ensuring all food is in the bag is an impossible task. A Dinner order for 5 was placed through the app, only 3.5 of those meals were in the bag when we got home. Not only was it hard to figure out who's "box" was who's, when they were all thrown into the same bag, but 5 items were missing. I called the store and asked to speak to a manager, explained what we were missing and she asked if we wanted to put a credit on the account. I told her no, I needed the food, it was our 8 year old sons dinner! She told us to come get it. I told her I didn't want to wait in the long drive thru line because the doors were locked when we went to pick up the order the first time, her response was, "then come inside." And hung up on me.We went to the store, ironically the doors were unlocked when we got there. When we walked in, I asked to speak to the manager and told her I am the person she rudely hung up on, she said "well I have other things to do" .. As a manager, her job is to work with upset customers... everyone else in the store was nice as nice could be. They were polite, apologized and replaced all of the missing items quickly. Unfortunately these sweet people have to work with a rude and unprofessional manager. She never apologized for the error, not even once.. I do not recommend going to an establishment that has a manager that doesn't care about their customers, their service, or experience in their business. She's lucky she had good employees tonight, I can only imagine the level of service that could have been received based on her management style. read more

Eating-in is fine. Employees are constantly cleaning and make the place look relatively clean. Ordering inside is alright. Sometimes, the orders are messed up, but that is with most fast food restaurants as it is. The drive-thru? Forget about fast service there. Even if there are only 2 cars ahead of you, you wind up waiting forever. This is the same on busy days when ordering inside. We ordered two meals, repeated the second. Didn't get our typical read back of the order. Absolute silence. I said "So did you get the order?" Still silence. "So we're okay to go?" More silence. I come to this TB fairly often and generally have a good experience. I was surprised when I saw the low rating here on Yelp. I went there today and sure enough, I sat in line for TWENTY MINUTES waiting for my order. It seems like the problem was with a car three ahead of me, so can't tell what the problem really was, but they did not seem to make much effort to catch up. They had lots of time to laugh and carry on once I finally got up to the window. Very disappointed. At least the order was correct. read more

Terrible employee teamwork and sportsmanship. We went to dine in, the young man at the register was clearly training, as it took him sometime to complete transactions. I am more than willing to be patient at any establishment when somebody is training. The trashy woman, who was not directly training him, treated him like garbage. Everyone in the line waiting was getting upset by the way she was mistreating him. 1. He gave a customer the wrong change. Instead of her being a helpful teammate, she was very loud with him, the embarrassment was all over his face. She was calling him out in front of all his fellow employees and customers, loudly. "Why did you do that!?!?" (She said this in diff ways) She also yelled loudly back to her manager, instead of calmly address the situation. 2. When it was time for him to help me, his trainer (quiet young lady) was verifying my order to ensure he was correct. But, once again, the loud mouth, trashy woman with bright orange nails and disgusting white eye liner had to chime in before I could answer.. "She has no voice!" Once again, knocking down her teammates. 3. Whenever the boy took a second to long, for her liking, she would snicker under her breathe and make comments indirectly. 4. While I'm eating. This terrible employee has to show her lack of class, once more.. "JAMES! Want me to do this?" Holding up empty boxes and being loud and causing a scene. Interrupting, not only mine, but seemed to be everyone's dinning experience. Her entire demeanor to the boy training was visually upsetting everybody. Nobody should feel intimidated or made to feel stupid publicly when they are trying to learn a job. She should not have a job.. The fact she is working there and other staff members deal w her shows a lot of patience the staff at this Taco Bell has. To the manager, James, I would not allow her to "micro manage" anymore bc she lacks people skills or common sense communication skills.
