I ordered a Baja blast and a crunch wrap supreme, looking for a nice meal I hadn't been to taco bell in a long time and I was kinda craving it. Well now I'm never eating there again. I got horrific stomach problems from it and to be honest was on the toilet for 2.5 hours. NEVER EAT HERE read more

Taco Bell - my disappointing crunch wrap supreme - Fast Food Near Me - Dearborn, Michigan

We frequently order delivery from this location and they always do great with my substitutions and leaving things off but they always without forget one or two items that we have ordered and paid for. Last night we ordered delivery and the driver expressed to me when dropping it off that he told them that he had drinks with this order multiple times but they wouldn't give him our drinks. Idk if he is lying or not but we didnt get drinks, sauces, or half my husbands meal. read more

I ordered a Crunchwrap combo and a couple of tacos. The food came out hot and the order was correct, but the quality was kind of mixed. The Crunchwrap tasted good at first, though it felt a little skimpy on the filling compared to past visits. The tacos were decent, but one of them was pretty messy and fell apart halfway through eating it. read more

Just need to be cautious with the things you order at any fast food business I think we all know this by now. I would always recommend staying away from the beef at any Taco Bell and if you don't know why, just do your research. I really like the Chicken and Steak quesadillas and burritos here, though. Be patient when ordering your food don' t forget the staff here is underpaid like any other fast food restaurant so they are not so people-friendly when they are constantly dealing with unappreciative people who make their day much harder. with that being said dont expect perfect service every time especially during rush times respect and manners go along way for anybody when going out to eat. read more

Food was cold. It's Taco Bell not much to Expect, I also had there vegetarian options too. I just wish the nacho fries were somewhat warm. Don't go at 3 in the morning. read more

Waited in the drive thru lane for over an hour on the night of 11/9. Had already ordered as well

Consistently the slowest taco bell in my area. I'll drive 15 minutes out of the way just to avoid this one,,, and i live right next to it. They need to get it together in there wth read more

Ordered online and received my food an hour later through the drive through. Workers acknowledged that they got the order but still managed to not put any of the toppings I paid for online. This is the second time they manage to do this. Paid $30 dollars just to receive $15 dollars worth of food. That whole location needs to better. read more

This was the worst fucking Taco Bell I have ever been to. Waited OVER AN hour for our fucking meal. Staff had NO SENSE OF URGENCY. Absolutely ridiculous and staff should be ASHAMED of themselves. Will never be coming back. read more

People were hostile mean and would not listen when I tried to order my meal when they did they said " why were you peeping creep " one star don't recommend read more

The nuggets are still trash don't let them fool you. All that's really left is the cantina menu which is absolutely repulsive

Jeeeeeeez bro what on Earth is this line. I swear it took me 30 minutes to go like 3 cars. No idea how that's even possible they literally have an assembly line for this food. Don't even get me started about the lady who took my order lmao. I legit had to repeat my order 3 times before they it right. The first time the lady spaced out, the second time she just got shit wrong, third time the manager or someone had to come help her. Then it turns out they ran out of some of the stuff I wanted. Taco Bell needs to figure their shit out. read more

Ordered two orders from DoorDash and both were stolen by the dasher. Keep in mind when the dasher was assigned it was already at the location under a different name and never left the Taco Bell location. Waited four hours and never got food. read more

I ordered food from this Taco Bell on Uber eats it took so long. Like 1 hour and 30 minutes. If I could give zero stars I would.

Why does this store open at 11:30? This doesn't make any sense, seeing as breakfast is offered. This is my go to breakfast when I have time, and even lunch if I can make it, but it isn't open during either of those times. 11:30 is late to open, help me understand. read more

Ordered online at 11 O'Clock at night when walking with two of my friends and waited outside after we got there until 11:30 for them to say the order is ready. Once I walked to the door to get my food ( I wasn't in a car) I was just smiling politely but the whole staff came to the door and stood there like a gang and told me I had to refund the order and they won't give me my food because the lobby is closed. Of course they had to still wait 30 minutes to say it was complete. Never coming back, extremely rude staff. read more

Worst taco bell ever, took very long for food. I waited in the line for about 20 minutes with only 4 cars.

Didn't get my Baja blast just regular mtn dew. My chalupa bread was too hard. They didn't let me know that they didn't have the Baja blast when I took my order. My Cinnabons were too soft like they were sitting too long and not fully cooked. Pregnant gf crying in the car upset read more

we waited for 30 minutes in the drive thru to be told it would be another 10 minutes. 40 minute wait time in the drive thru is completely unacceptable read more

If I could give no stars I would solely based off the fact that whoever employed these losers needs to do a better job it's no one's fault they decided to apply here and get this job instead they want have bad a$$ attitudes they don't even let you get out a full sentence let alone an order because they won't stop talking and asking questions that would be answered if they would stop talking also messed up my whole order read more

This location is very poorly managed. They are constantly out of very common things, like cups, cup lids, chalupa shells, soda syrup, carbonation, Nacho Bell packaging, or the promotional items that the company is pushing at the time. They are always 'waiting on the truck.' Ordered a Pepsi one time, watched them fill the cup at the correct dispenser while clear water came out, and they put the lid on it and tried to hand me a cup of carbonated water. Then looked surprised when i noted that there was no Pepsi in the cup. There are a couple of good, key employees you see re-appear, but this store goes through staff like crazy. Sometimes they will have masks on at the window, but you never know. I was in once at lunch time and they had one person working both the drive thru, and the counter. A few years ago, they tore down the entire building and built a new, remodeled store. But it didn't help anything. It's the same lousy experience almost every time. read more

I had a very disappointing experience at this Taco Bell location due to the behavior of one of the managers. She was incredibly rude and disrespectful, using foul language in front of customers while speaking to her coworkers. This is completely unacceptable, especially in a customer service environment. It's obvious that she is young and lacks the maturity and understanding of how to conduct herself professionally. No one should have to listen to cursing while simply waiting for their food. As a manager, she should be setting an example for the rest of the team, not bringing down the atmosphere with such negative energy.I don't know her name, but she was working at the drive-through window during my visit. I strongly believe that Taco Bell needs to reconsider her role within the company. They should be hiring people who demonstrate class, professionalism, and respect, which was clearly missing in this case. read more

Completely rude and disgusting people you have working in this establishment. The ONLY reason for my review is because this is the second time I've had a cancel order on my DoorDash. First excuse was "we ran out of food" second (which is the reason I'm writing in) one of your despicable employees yelled at my Uber eats driver saying "there's no orders on my screen" loud enough I could hear her VERY CLEARLY through the phone!!! completely disrespectful, and obviously by the look of your reviews you're in need of new management!!!! read more

Ordered from Doordash, got order completely wrong, food was made incorrectly. Seems like workers do not care about the service.

Do not go here late Night They stalled the line from 11-11:30 then turned people away saying "after this car where done" I ordered a quesadilla and only two pieces had chicken in them read more

Y'alls service is slower than slow, I'm about to die in the drive-through next time I go. Why y'all gotta act like the sauces are coming from your paycheck? Give me some sauce man. And don't be forgetting my steak quesadilla. read more

I will never ever come back to this location. This location was just remodeled and rebuilt from the ground up. Whoever idea it was for the drive-thru wasn't thinking. Once you're in line, you're trapped because there is no way to get out of line. I was trapped in line for 40 minutes. The food (steak nachos) wasn't even worth the wait. Wasted money and time. read more

i love taco bell but they always get my order wrong. wtf is wrong with the workers here

This location was ok. The thing I didn't really like was when I arrived to the window, the girl there asked; "would you like another drink? The Pepsi looks "retarded"." I mean if you are out of a drink just say so, don't say it looks "retarded". Imagine if someone with a special needs family member were to hear that kind of expression. After that she gave me a different drink and the plastic cup was soaked with soda and it got all over my lap and dripping in my vehicle. Some of the least satisfactory service I have received at a Taco Bell. read more

This is probably the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. The employees are very disorganized, unprofessional, and slow. I waited in line at the drive thru for 30 minutes. The way they make the food is poor quality as well. read more

Most Taco Bells have difficulty understanding why someone would want beans instead of beef on their taco. This Taco Bell not only nails this substitution every time, they load the toppings on and serve them piping hot. Vegetarians should look no further than this Taco Bell. read more

Worst Taco Bell ever!!!!!! It didn't use to be so terrible but I'm guessing they must've got new employees. The wait in the drive thru is sooooooo long AND each time after I've waited, my food was cold as if it was refrigerated. No jokes. I wouldn't recommend this Taco Bell. Turn around. Leave.
