If you buy food at this location, check your order before leaving. Out of approximately five visits to this location, they are yet to get my order right. I have ordered grilled chicken and got fried. I have ordered all white and got mixed. We have gotten the wrong sides before, and today I ordered 8 pieces and got 7. It may be coincidence, but, 5 times. Management needs to kick butt and correct these lazy errors. I have visited chick-fil-a an equal number of times and they have never fouled up my order before. read more

Consistency is usually a key point in a business succeeding or not. In the case of this place, they will succeed as there is lack of competition. Otherwise, their consistently incorrect bagging of orders would win out. I have had issues here before, but tonight my wife picked up food and not having had what I ordered, didn't realize that it was incomplete. Tired of having to check orders at the window or bring them back. They are out of bounds as far as I'm concerned read more

They always take forever to give you your food when you dine in. I waited 16 minutes for a mini beef quesadilla. read more

Taco Bell - Happy Hour freeze... They gave me starburst cause they were out of Baja Blast. As usual. - Fast Food Near Me - Dacula, Georgia

This location is an absolute joke. This is the second time my entire order has been messed up. I've paid for extra lettuce and seem to receive less than average. Nachos are stale and tacos just seem as if they've been sitting out for hours. I said no tomatoes or sour cream and I got both. I would give it a pass but this is the second time. Just go down the road to McDonald's if you need late night food. read more

Can I give a 0? This place is the worse Taco Bell I ever been to in GA, FL, NY and NJ. Never the right order, always rude and worse customer service of probably any place I been to. Tried a few times different days and hours thinking it's just someone's off day but nope it's consistent. read more

This place is horrible. I am sure the employees are doing their very best because they are short staffed, but this place is terrible. Never have I been to a place this slow. My goodness, it's sad. read more

We've given this location several tries. They can't seem to get our order write. Items missing. Items made incorrectly. Quesadillas that were burnt on one side. Not sure why the location can't seem to pull it together. read more

So unprofessional service is a joke and I have had bad experiences multiple times. The food is good but not worth the headache I'd rather go to a place that sells authentic tacos the ingredients are better anyway. read more

I went back.. Lol huge mistake. Food was gross brown lettuce soggy shells. And I got a side of sour cream that I had to pay .50 cents for and it was put in a container mixed with pieces of food. Just gross!!! read more

This KFC/Taco Bell was okay. At first, we were served very poorly. We were greeted by the cashier just looking at us. Once we got our food, my Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich was BURNT. The chicken and the bun. We returned it and without hesitation, they fixed it for us. However, my fiancé got Taco Bell, and he said I was the best one he's ever had. The only downfall, and the reason why I give them three stars, is because the cook really thought they could get away with serving burnt food, and the restaurant wasn't the cleanest. read more

If you enjoy waiting in the drive-thru for 45 minutes to get a dry burrito, then this is your Xanadu. Some would say by the time you get your food, you can go ahead and collect social security. Bottom line, it takes way to long here. The food is what it is, tortilla with meat cheese and lettuce renamed a few times to make you think your getting variety. This location could use some help. read more

Worst place....went there tonight to get chicken and spent 40.00 for refried chicken it was horrible called the manager which was a kid and he could of cared less that they r taking people's money and giving them garbage in return won't they won't replace it either....don't want to give them the one star I did but can't continue without doing it read more

Worst drive thru ever..!!! Took 30 min waiting for my order to be ready.! The people are very rude never going back to this place ever again. #SMH read more

They were friendly at the drive thru and very careful about following all of the safety precautions!

Poor customer service, left restaurant after two employees were debating on who will take my order.. after the pouting I asked why were they having a hard time getting my order? Employee replied that he was ready to leave. Will never go there again. read more

Update 2: Went back a couple of times since my last visit. The first visit was an improvement from the previous visits. Clean, polite, fast, etc. I was sooo hopeful. But...I went back and ran into the same crappy service as before. Had a very immature teen girl just stare at me when I walked up to the counter. I asked for no sour cream and, not surprisingly, they had sour cream on them. I asked for a remake from the prep guy. The counter girl turned to me and laughed, smirked and said "oh sorry" in a pissy voice. And then went to the prep guy to insist that I never asked for no sour cream and then to rag on me. Yeah...I'm done. Update: after this last visit I decided to fill out the survey on the receipt and gave it my honest feedback. That Saturday and Sunday I received 2 phone calls from different managers which I believe we're regional managers. They were both very concerned and voiced their desire to fix whatever the issue is here. I am glad that they took the feedback so seriously. I'll wait another week and try the location again. I'm very hopeful that they made a full 180 in their service. read more

Every time I go through the drive through, my order is incorrect. The employees need to be correctly trained on how each food item is made and adhere to the requests of the consumer. You also need to make sure all your machines are working. For example the freeze drinks. Management needs to get it together and have a serious sit down with the employees. It's getting ridiculous. read more

One of the worst taco bells I've dealt with in awhile. Order messed up in drive thru my past four visits. Who is managing this place?

Came thru the drive thru and the service took forever! Not only that but when we we pulled up to the window we watched employees play on their phone. When they realized we were sitting there, they gave us 2 bags. Both were messed up, i also watched the woman stick her hand in the bag and mess up my soft taco. The chicken quesadilla i payed for was burnt and nasty. Overall presentation, sanitation and service was horrible! read more

Don't bother going inside. The staff is slow, disorganized and rude. The management spends more time doing the work instead of managing. It is quite comical watching them build a 12 taco box read more

Worst Taco Bell/KFC ever! Emoloyees are rude. Manager wouldnt come out to fix problem. Missing food. Overall horrible experience. Not the first time either. Manager keeps saying that they are fixing it but its just getting worse. NEVER AGAIN! read more

Ok this is the second time i got a bad order on top of that i was going thru drive thru for almost 35 mintues i understand its a joint buisness but it should never take 35 mintues at all and when i get to the window i dont get what i ordered i ordered a 5 dollar fillup i get my famous bowl and no cookie or buiscuit or watever else it gets i forgot and i ordered a 4 piece cinnabon i didnt get any and they coudlve at least gave me a fork for my famous bowl read more

First off, I love Taco Bell. I don't normally go to this location but this time was a great experience. Angie and Ashley had the best customer service. I have never had such great service, it felt so genuine and they explained to me everything and were so happy and their customer service was actually way better then what you would get at a chick fil a. They truly love their job!! Please keep up the great work and the great smiles!!!! read more

I just visited the newly opened Taco Bell in Dacula. It was packed inside and outside! The employees were very sociable. I have to say though, the nachos bellgrande was "very salty" and the chips were smashed. Didn't get a full one in the whole thing. My kids got the soft taco platters. They didn't give them the meat they wanted. I think it will get better over time. The mistakes hopefully just came from it being so busy. But, I do hand it to the employees, who kept a smile on their faces and were very courteous in the drive-thru. I went on Tuesday night and it was very busy around 6:15pm. read more

Most Polite folks I've ever encountered at a Taco Bell. Fast compared to other Taco Bell locations too. I'll drive to this location rather than try to stop at location on GA 20. Worth the extra 5 minutes in the car read more

very disappointed in this location to the point that i need to yelp it. i would die for taco bell if it were possible. but this location just disappoints left and right lately.. the taco bell closest to my own HOME. the past two times i've been i nearly threw up. tasted like charcoal and disrespect. it's burnt like hell yet SOMEHOW UNDERCOOKED. also i ask for mild sauce when i order and at the window and they tell me it's in the bag. i get home every time and it's NEVER IN THE BAG. i'm now taking a break from taco bell because of this location, i truly never thought i'd see the day. won't be going to this location probably ever again. get it TOGETHER TACO BELL. read more

Rude employees. Terrible service that's really slow. Food (quesadillas) were decent. Do yourself a favor and go to the Chickfila next door. You'll get great food and service there. Don't bother coming here. read more

This is the slowest drive thru I have ever been in in my life. I will never come back here. And they don't even care. I've been sitting in this line for 15 minutes and am blocked in and can't leave or I would. This place sucks!! read more

Omg I'm amazed of how this place is still open after the service we got tonight!!!! We arrived at the drive-through at 9:02did not get our food until 9:35!!!! I was sitting in line for 10 minutes before they even took my order then I asked the girl what is taking so long she said we are waiting for biscuits and that's what's holding everyone up!!! 20 minutes later I was still in the same spot I called the phone number and asked to speak to the manager the person on the other line stated he was the manager I told him we're stuck in your drive-through we can't go forward and we can't go backward!!! He said well sorry about that we have a few large orders before you that's what's holding us up. I told him OK I'll talk to you when I get to the window I got to the first window where I paid I asked for the manager. The gentleman said he does not know where he is but he is somewhere around here. He did not get him orcall him. When I got to the second window where I would pick up my food I asked them twice where the manager was and I was ignored both times. Needless to say your customer service sucks from the manager all the way down. On top of it all most of the food was cold by the time we got it. What a shame I hate giving these kind of reviews to our neighborhood restaurants but really hope they addressed and fixed all the issues. read more

Taco Bell - Fast Food Near Me - Dacula, Georgia

Food is good for the price !! Best Taco Bell I've been to and it's 7 min away. Was fast and i was in and out. Was very very very good

I usually only remember to post something when I've had a horrible experience somewhere, and even with that being said, I probably would never write a review (good or bad) about an experience from a fast food place.....however, the black guy (didn't catch his name) who was working the drive thru on 4/6/15 at 10:30 pm might have provided me with my most pleasurable experience ever. Just a great personality. I haven't even got home to eat my food yet, and I don't even care if it's bad or if he got my order wrong....he was great. read more

this place is horrible. they take 1 literal hour to give you a taco. might as well just shut it down. they need ALL new works. this is horrible. like there is no excuse for this place to be THIS BAD read more

If I could give zero I would. This Taco Bell takes FOREVER to get your food. Average wait time is 30 minutes here for the drive through, and about 15 minutes inside. Customer service is non existent here and the staff seems to play around more than they work. read more

When they first opened they did a Great job but in the last months, not so great!! The last 2 times that I have been here, I was not impressed. I ordered from the drive-thru and waited 10 mins and I went home with half a chicken quesadillas and where's my other half? I didn't get my drinks. I'm already all the way home before I realize so no point in going back out. The staff is friendly but incompetent. Will not be giving them my cash anymore.... read more

By far it has been the longest drive thru stop EVER. After I order and drive up to the first window there are three employees just standing on their phones. Next I wait 17 minutes for my food just to be handed the wrong order. Something is obviously wrong with the management and employees. read more

This is by Far the worst KFC I have ever eaten at. We picked up the order of extremely dry chicken that resembled gas station fried chicken that had been sitting for hours/days. After calling them back the manager told me that because THEY didn't provide me with a receipt they would not replace it. Next time I'll make the longer drive and go to Lawrenceville. read more

This restaurant deserves negative stars! Terrible service. They just don't care about the customer. Wrong orders and a terrible attitude. Do yourself a favor and go next door to Chick-fil-a read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. 9/10 times when we go through the drive thru our order is absolutely wrong. We receive items that are nothing similar to what we order. If the order is mostly correct, they've forgotten an item or two. The wait time is terrible, unless you go in the middle of the day when they're completely empty inside or outside. 0/5 stars is my review. We will never be going there again. If we aren't going to receive what we order, then at least make everything one price. read more

Shortly after I rated this location a 1 star, I revisited and met the new GM. She is clearly competent and very focused on creating better service. You can see the change in every aspect from the attitudes of the staff to the effort put into the product. Much better. Still only give 3 stars because this Pepsi owned mega fast food chain is offering very low quality food. read more

NEVER GO TO THIS KFC / TACO BELL ! I worked here for one day . The taco bell's rice and beans were dried up and burnt inside the pan . They never changed out any meats and nobody ever washed their hands . The manager named Muhammad was still serving the food like that . It was one guy that was making chicken pot pies and he NEVER washed his hands ever . When I attempted to make the chocolate chip cookies .... The guy picked the cookies up with his bare DIRTY HANDS .. didn't wear any gloves preparing any food ! They have fluids leaking from the ceiling into the food ! There has been so many people hired at this location and have quit after 1 day of working because the management and the cleanliness of the store . They always take along time to make orders . Not one employee is trained to be positioned inside the store . They are a mess and they LOVE catching attitudes at customers ! NEVER GO TO THIS TACO BELL / KFC EVER . read more
