This Taco Bell is a nightmare. Every time you drive through there's an issue: there's no chicken, there's no beef for 30 min, the window is down and you have to come in and stand in the line that's going out the door. It's always something. Tonight we sat in the drive through line for 10 minutes before ordering. I ordered 3 burritos with beef and was told it would be 30 min before they had any beef. WHY?? This is a TACO BELL. When my husband got mad and asked why, they yelled it's not their fault someone came through and ordered 40 tacos! Why do they consistently not have product, why is the line consistently long and slow, why do they run out meat for 30 min? Not only are the workers rude and terrible but this is clearly a management issue. I'll be calling corporate and complaining tomorrow. read more

I wish I could give this Taco Bell 0 stars. Line wrapped around the building but not moving. Inside, cashier at the front is rude and SLOW. Her visor was COVERED in cat hair. She didn't even look up. The food was ok. The tortillas were not warmed up and the nacho fries were literally shoved in the box by hand and were covered so much in the seasoning it made them smooshie. FYI. If you place your order on the self serve screens they don't pay any attention so you always have to ask for your drink cup. As far as Taco Bells go, this one is great! I went the other week for lunch (alone) and actually enjoyed myself, thanks to the $5 Cravings box and pleasant conversation I had with one of the employees (I think his name was Mike). I've been several times since and the employees are all so polite, like Chik-fil-A polite. The dining room was clean and they have free wi-fi. Woohoo! I've always loved Taco Bell but they tend to be skimpy with the meat...not this location. I can actually get filled up on a meal from here where other locations leave me wanting more. It was busy so I expected some issues but today was the last straw. In the drive thru, they took my credit card and charged me the wrong order. Then refunded the order in cash and charged my card again. They took forever. Then the lady said your all set. I checked the bag again and the Mexican pizza was missing. She says she put it on the bottom of the bag. I checked again and said no way. I gave her the bag and the manager said I was right. I went there 2 days ago & ordered a chalupa box. Ate everything except the taco. Got halfway thru the taco & realized there was something seriously wrong with the taste - it tasted sour. I felt it the 'beef' with my finger & it was cold to the touch. I threw it away & about 30 minutes later, I started having cold chills, my stomach upside down, intense body aches & dizziness. The following night, I found myself almost collapsing on multiple occasions, frequent dizzy spells, very delusional, a low grade fever, a variation of cold chills & night sweats. I slept the entire day that followed. I feel better now with a little bit of residual soreness but healed for the most part. Will never eat at another Taco Bell again. read more

Placed a small order through the drive through window. Got the food really quick. When got back to my home, they missed one of my order. Called back and explained the situation. He acknowledged that he didn't put the item in the bag. I requested for a refund. He can't put the money back on my card!! I went through the drive through at 10:46. My order number was 408. Honestly I have spent the last 48 hours moving and it has NOT been the most pleasant experience. I've done a lot of it by myself and I am just completely worn out emotionally and physically. Not to mention really hungry after doing nothing but packing and moving my life since 9:30 this morning. I still have to unload what I have packed in the car once I get to where I'm going. on top of that the guy I've been seeing didn't feel like talking when all I wanted to do was end this crazy day on a good note by at least getting to hear his voice for a min and tell him goodnight. I just want to say, from the greeting at the speaker in the drive through to this girl handing me my order, I was impressed and she made my day less crappy just by being polite and helpful and positive. I am exhausted, irritable, and felt a little let down. But no. That's is not how I was going to end my night. Taco freaking Bell to the rescue. Whoever you are that helped me with my edible transaction tonight, I hope you realize how just you being nice can go a long way! My expectations for Taco Bell are anything but High. However one of the things that I expect from any business is to be on time. I have now gone to this Taco Bell a number of times in the morning for breakfast and they are not open when they say they should be. Today was the worst one when they were not open 25 minutes after they were supposed to be open. I ordered from the drive thur and got the wrong items. There was a mix up because the lady thought I said Crunchwrap when I said Quesarito but I thought it would be ok because she corrected it on the screen. Whoever made it just heard Crunchwrap and made it. So I parked and went to go inside to try and get what I had ordered and I'm so glad I went inside! The inside was absolutely nasty!!! There were brown puddles all over the floor everywhere! The floor was soaked with whatever filth that was. Someone could slip and fall and they didn't have any cautionary signs warning of the wet floor. I know this is Taco Bell and not an upscale restaurant so I'm judging it as I do every other fast food restaurant. I don't know why the floor was covered in puddles of dirty water but I'm not eating from there. How do I know that's not a plumbing issue and that the food is safe? Worst Taco bell to ever go to. My fiance and I frequent there all to often and 9 out of 10 times our order is incorrect. Either they have added lettus when asked not too, missing tacos, not given a drink or sauce when they asked you what you would like.
