Look I've been to a lot of fast food restaurants and I've rarely I mean rarely had any issues with Taco Bell but on 3/20/26 at around 8:50 PM I had ordered one freaking burrito online through their app around 8:35 PM and then I drove to the restaurant, which was literally about a quarter mile from where I lived so I come into the lobby and there's already somebody waiting and it starts to get busy, people start coming in! and all the line cooks Hustling all those drive-through orders and nobody is paying attention to the lobby! ended up happening as one man was waiting for a whole hour for his order. Got into an argument with one of the cooks or wait staff. Why don't you call him about why it's taking so long the guy took a personally I'm trying to get the manager who looks like a little kid who's sitting there like a dumb ass and it's not doing anything and I'm saying are you not paying attention to the lobby and the online orders while the guy next to me screaming and yelling at the other guy this is the slowest Taco Bell I've ever been to and I've been to the same Taco Bell like seven times and it's the same problem too many teenagers not a good manager is not managing his staff. It seems like they don't know what hurry up and move is! and they don't seem to understand that they're slowness is kind of part of the problem and they're oblivious to the lobby and online orders I'm giving this a massive thumbs down in an epic fail of Taco Bell management in that restaurant. They need to get their act together! I've given this place way too many chances, and they still manage to be absolutely terrible. Like, come on--there's practically no customer service at all. They're slow and inefficient, just to name a few issues. They've messed up my order more times than I can count. How does that even happen so often? Can't they see what I ordered? Absolutely diabolical. I recently came here just for a little snack and a drink during my 30-minute lunch break. I ordered a drink and the cinnamon twists. Little did I know I'd be standing there for more than half my break. You're telling me they can't grab one little bag off the shelf and make a drink in under 30 minutes? We order from here often due to it being one of the only fast food places close-ish to home. Haven't really ever had issues until recently. What is going on with y'all's cinnamon twists??? Where is the actual cinnamon? They're just twists! It's happened twice. They're disgusting without it. If you're out, tell customers they're unavailable. The worst Taco Bell I have ever visited. It's really hit or miss with the food. I've gone here a few times. First time about 6 months ago I received extremely rude service. That person is no longer working there. Once, twice it was okay then. Then I received a raw chalupa shell. I thought this was just a fluke so gave it another try and then it happened again so now I always ask for a well done chalupa shell. Then today I received a chalupa with little to no meat, a dash of lettuce, a pinch of cheese and One tomato! Absolutely ridiculous! i ordered on the app, eight items, substituting black bean for meat on each. picked up the order, got home, and was missing four of the items, and meat was on two of the remaining. returned to the store and had to get back in line because the inside was closed. explained the problem, gave the bag with the four items in it to the employee, and had the black bean preference verified by another employee, telling the "kitchen" to make sure it was vegetarian. got back home, missing a different item, and the four "fixed" were just tortillas, cheese, and meat. i honestly believe the people not smart enough to work at the waffle house next door run the taco bell. if you want taco bell, go any direction from league line road and you will find one within five miles, and will be glad you did. read more
