The food was cold when I got home. Not like it was because of the drive, it was lukewarm. We had no fire or mild sauce even though we ordered it. My wife's side of cheese sauce was cold. We ordered a taco 12 pack and only got 10 tacos. The service at the register was quite rude when I told him I had ordered the food on DoorDash and he wanted confirmation. I don't frequent this location, I work in Grandview so if I want my Taco Bell fix, I usually go to the 5th Ave location. They're always friendly, accurate orders and for the most part have fresh food. I just had to post this picture of the "mexican pizza" I received Tuesday at this location on Livingston. Booo. So sad. Haha the employees at this Taco Bell love me; whenever I get asked to fill out their surveys -- I do. No matter how long of a lapse there is between my visits the managers remember me. Anyway, like all fastfood -- check your orders before you leave because they're human and rushed and can make mistakes. This location is pretty solid for doordash/ubereats/grubhub orders (as opposed to the Taco Bell on Campus/High St. Which literally ROYALLY f#cks UP EVERY order I've ever had the misfortune of having to place there). They do what they have to fix things, and if you aren't an over the top drama queen, they show gratuity. Do yourself a solid favor if you can -- DON'T come during lunch hour or immediately after school gets out if you don't have to because Taco Bell, Wendy's and the Popeye's on this "Fast Food Alley " row are ALL a mad house. If I could give negative stars I would. First let me start by saying this location is notorious for always getting orders wrong but tonight was the last time we will ever eat at any Taco Bell again. I'm over it. Tonight, when my boyfriend arrived home with Taco Bell, we pulled everything out of the bag only to discover that they forgot our second Mexican pizza. He immediately called and then drove the 15 minutes back there to get the other item. As he was on his way home for the second time I called him to tell him that I went to take a bite of my Mexican pizza and was surprised to find a bug clearly cooked on it. I even snapped a pic and sent it to him. I'm so glad I saw the bug before I took any bite. I didn't eat my meal at all. Unfortunately my boyfriend wasn't as lucky as he ate one of his Gordita crunches on the way back to pick up the forgotten Mexican pizza. Had I called him a couple of minutes sooner with my discovery he would not have ate his Gordita. So he came home grabbed the food and drove back for the THIRD time and went to return the food. Again, we retuned all of the meal minus a Gordita, that he wouldn't have ate if he knew about the bug earlier. So that's 4 of the 5 items returned. Basically the full meal. They wouldn't give the refund and actually argued with him about wanting the refund for the meal that we weren't going to eat. I get that it could have been a genuine accident. A bug in the food is gross, accident or not and I am not eating food with a bug in it. The fact that this location ALWAYS messes up every single order and now we get an order with a bug in it? It's just obvious they don't care about quality standards for their store, the food and they clearly also don't care about customer service and making mistakes right. We wasted money on disgusting food that we didn't eat, time and gas on the multiple trips only to not get treated right. It's not like we were trying to make a buck and get free food. We were returning the food and just wanted to eat else where with no bugs. It's not about the money so much as the principle or making a mistake right. Reading other reviews online it sounds like this location has a serious problem with getting any order correct, food quality and customer service -especially on night shift. read more

Went through drive through and the one time I didn't check my order before I pulled out then went home, they forgot an item! I was short a crunchy taco. I called the number listed on the receipt ( same number as what Yelp has) and it goes to a fax machine. Duh??? What to do now? Just wanted to update you on what happened when I called the Taco Bell. I spoke with Brenda, a manager, and told her what happened and she asked me to come back and she would replace my order and apologized for the situation. Tonight I went to T-Bell and when I got there, the line was pretty long and it went by pretty slow as well so that left me in a bad mood. However, when I got to the window, the woman was very kind and I got my order very quickly. This was surprising considering how long I waited but anyways, I headed home and ate my food. Let me just say that this was one the best T-Bell experiences I have had in a long time and I've had many of them. The food was fire and hit the spot, I feared that it wouldn't be warm but it was toasty and delicious when I ate it. Thanks for changing my mood tonight! This place is the bomb! Rolled in at 2am , they are open till 4am during the week . We had a van full of seven people who all ordered . They didn't mess up a single thing . After the updated building this location has proved itself over the past 2 years to be the only good fast food joint on Livingston. They may mess your order up here and there, but hey, its taco bell. I live in a City where African American women are judged instantly and stereotyped to be "ghetto" or "out of control" and "unprofessional" and when I go to this Taco Bell (and yes, we are still talking about the fast food fake Mexican restaurant) the women are so professional and nice and I literally want to dump out my entire wallet and give them everything as a tip.
