On February 5, 2026, I ordered some lunch from Taco Bell on Veterans Parkway, and the entire order was old tasting and cold. The Nacho fries were very old. The texture was like cardboard. Food was good, but the customer service at night bare minimum. For one I asked for Guacamole to be put on my taco and it look like they just slabbed it on there. I understand it's late but all I wanted was to swap my drink because this one lady got it wrong and she had a whole attitude about it and slammed the door in our face. I don't go out for lunch often, but a couple of weeks ago I came into this Taco Bell and received such good service I decided to come back yesterday. I ordered a Burrito Supreme combo with no tomatoes. When I returned to work, I discovered both my Taco and Burrito had tomatoes. I called and spoke to Duvall and he was very apologetic and said I could come, and they would remake it for me or refund me. My job isn't that close, so he offered for me to come back today. The young lady that helped me was very kind and replaced my order with no problem. the kindness and atmosphere at this location is great. People always leave reviews to complain, I just want to say although they made a mistake with my order (which we are all human) I think this location gives great service! We put our orders in on the app so that customizations are very clear (simple things, like no tomatoes). Tonight I ordered 2 quesadillas with the same no sauce customization. One had sauce and one was right. Also had tomatoes on another item when we asked for none. If you don't like tomatoes, don't order anything that comes with them. When I'm the only person in the drive through and they still make you wait 15 min before you order, there is a problem. The chicken quesadilla wasn't even melted all the way and they forgot the chipotle sauce. The bean burritos were more tortilla than anything else. And the food was cold in the car. This location is one of the only places we can get though DoorDash. However, each time we order, they NEVER add the sauce packets we ask for. This is like the 5th time in a row. Same as all the others, except the employees are inept, the manager feels bothered when you inquire about extra charges, and the food is over-cooked (probably sitting under heat-lamps for hours). Their prices have gone up, but they failed to teach their employees about how much & why (the prices on the menu were not updated, so the price charged was more than should be). When I asked to speak to the manager about it, the manager rolled her eyes & sighed when I inquired about when these changes took place, why the menu didn't reflect the changes, and why the employees didn't even know about the price change! How is a chalupa soggy and cold. You don't pre-make chalupas those are freshly made in a fryer. The chalupa was cold. Also the meat looked very old. I wasted my money. Im not earring a old cold chalupa. Ok. Let's talk about the chicken quesadilla. Once again quesadilla is supposed to be made fresh and served hot. Why was my quesadilla cold? It's a 40 second walk to my hotel room. No reason my food should have been cold. Both items are to be made fresh as you order them. Crunchy taco I ordered for my daughter was soggy and cold. If negative stars were an option I would happily give that. I arrived at Taco Bell at 2:30, when it is posted that the establishment closes at 3. I waited at the drive-thru window for 10 minutes. Before I was told by a guy unloading food that they were closed. Meanwhile, an employee looked at me waiting at the drive-thru and rather than tell me they were close me she walked away leaving me there to wait an additional 8 min. So I called the store asking for the employees name so that I could contact customer service and leave the employees name with a a complaint. Once it was established what I called the establishment for, the female on the phone immediately gave me attitude and hung up on me. Not providing me with the employees name and further making the experience unprofessional and intolerable. I've gone to this place for about 10 years and never once had this issue! This Taco Bell is spiraling downhill FAST since the remodel. I just bought a 5$ Loaded Nacho Box on 5/8/19 for lunch. After being told that this location is a 3rd party they declined my Taco Bell App coupon. How's that even possible? After finishing the burrito first, I moved to the soft taco. The soft shell was CRUNCHY! I removed the whole upper half of the soft shell to make it an actual soft taco. Not really paying attention to my food visually, I realized that soft taco was missing the hot Fritos & the nacho cheese as I finished my last bite. I knew I was missing something so I started checking the ingredients online for the nacho box. After confirming I was missing the Fritos & cheese, I confronted the employees behind the counter and told them what I'm missing. They said thy cannot do anything for me since I've already eaten the said wrong item. I'm usually one to create an uproar but I did not. I laughed and threw the rest of the box away. My appetite is completely gone after having such a bad experience. SADLY, this is the most conveniently located Taco Bell around me while I'm working. As much as I love Taco Bell's food, I will NOT be returning to this location ever again due to past issues and this today. Went to this location today and i have never in my life seen such terrible service and rude employees. We went through the drive thru and my wife ordered at least 4 times and every time Ms. Brenda J got it completely wrong. When i tried to fix the order from the passenger seat in a slow and loud enough to hear manner she brought all the taco bell Ghetto out and told me how i didn't have to yell and I'm sure there was a lot of neck movement going on as well. So after her long rant about how rude i was my order was completely wrong when they gave it to us and was still missing items that i wasn't even charged for but i know she read them back to me. Bottom line is she needs to find herself in the unemployment line or working in a warehouse somewhere. After looking in the window when we got our food i immediately lost all interest in talking to the manager because they all looked equally as dumb and rude.
