The food was cold and not how they describe, there was a few customers and all of the tables were dirty, a lot of flies and dirty bathrooms, definitely below standards employees were friendly that is why I gave them two starts but the food and cleanliness its not their priority, this is the second time I come here and I brought it to management the first time but I'm convince that everybody there is solely there for the paycheck and management have no passion for their job. read more

If there was ever a "worst way to run a Taco Bell" look no further than this one. ** Location ** You can see the Taco Bell from I5 and the exit but to visit it you have to take a giant awkward U turn finding your way from parked trucks. But the McD is very easily accessible from the exit road. Why would anyone build a Taco Bell at such location ? ** Service ** No clear indication if Taco Bell is open or not. This matters a lot given it is located in a secluded location. Last time I entered their drive through there was a pedestrian acting weird. I felt unsafe and backed up and left. ** Staff ** The staff is clearly untrained. I always order "Burrito with shredded chicken replaced by grilled chicken." I have placed countless such orders. There is no extra charge for the grilled chicken. However various taco bells screw up and add $0.7 to the bill. Whenever I point it out I get refund. But this taco bell refused to serve me without that extra charge so I left without placing the order. I even summoned the manager but she too refused to look up more. P.S. I investigated more as to why this happens. On the taco bell phone app you can "replace shredded chicken with grilled" or "add extra grilled chicken". The first option is almost hidden on the console and while second one is more prominent. I suspect Taco Bell attendants who are inexperienced end up selecting second one. I know they can make mistakes but they should accept it and amend it. read more

The worst restaurant on the face of the earth. Took over 20 minutes to do one order for two people and still screwed up the entire thing. Don't waste the time you spent on the road at this place. They don't even have napkins, ice or mild sauce. It's completely amateur I wouldn't doubt they would lose every employee after a mandatory drug test. read more

Extremely pleasant for a road trip lunch spot. We were able to get out of the car and stretch our legs. The employees were kind and professional and seamlessly dealt with the many customers. As a Taco Bell fan, the food was great! read more

Slowest fast food restaurant of all time. I've been sitting here for 30 minutes, but they only care about the drive thru. 25 people sitting in the restaurant with no food. Don't bother coming in except to use their bathroom, because this will throw off your whole road trip schedule. read more

This is my first review because it was such a bad experience I had to write one! I saw the 1 1/2 star rating and I thought "how can you have a bad Taco Bell?" So went in and sure enough...you can . They didn't have any utensils , when I asked for one she said "we're out" and this was at 12:30 in the afternoon!. There was trash everywhere on ground , tables, and even in the kitchen. There was a spilt drink on the table and floor that looked like it was there for some time. The crunchwrap had a soft/stale tortilla , and so did the Taco. DONT STOP HERE!!! Well, first I have to say the only reason they get one star is Sylvia was very sweet and apologetic. The place was dirty, the floors needed cleaning, bathroom also, and after we ordered I noticed the kitchen floor was very dirty and looked like it hasn't been swept in a long time. They were out of forks and spoons so didn't sell salads, bowls or the smothered burrito which I tried to order. I guess the manager, Fidel, forgot to order. One of the busiest travel weeks down the I-5 and you would think he would remember? My goodness, run to the local market for them! They were also out of Dr. Pepper and another soda. We ended up ordering The Box, which was a good value, it contained the new stuffed nacho, the stuffed burrito and a taco supreme plus a soda for$5. Another reason for one star. The taco was the best thing, but the shell tasted stale. I took a couple bites of each and was done. Good thing it was only $5. The Diet Pepsi was the safest thing I got. We also tried to order the cinnamon delights, but they were poor of those too! We travel this highway quite often, but won't come back here ever. Bad management is the key here. It's not necessary when you have a cookie cutter restaurant to have all these bad things, unless it is just poor management or the owner just doesn't care. What a worthless place this is. The is lack of hands in the kitchen and manager himself seems to be helping out. He took my order at cash register and went to help out others. Extremely slow. My number was called out after almost 20 minutes and all I had ordered was chicken chalupa and chicken snackers (or whatever crap they call it). Employees generally seem really slow..Not even sure how can this remain open unless of course its in middle of nowwhere near busy 5 freeway. read more

Food was unpleasant. Had to throw it away. Grilled chicken burrito was dry. They didn't include anything but beans and rice. Potatoes weren't crispy they were mushy. Should have waited an extra 2 hours to get to in n out. read more
