I'm over this location. My son will order to pickup and he's nice enough to order me something. The last time, he brought home a water, when I ordered a Pepsi with my combo because the only other choice was Gatorade. And it wasn't filtered, nasty. Tonight I gave them another shot. But my Doritos Locos tacos are coming to me with chicken, because they are out of taco meat. No freaking way. Double gross. So again, I'm paying for something I'm not getting and my only option was a substitution I find gross. Get your act together. How do you run out of ALL soda options and 3 weeks later you run out of beef. Taco Bell...WTF! read more

Always rude. When I was parking my car, the worker didn't want to close her car door for me to get my food and had an attitude about it. So I parked in another spot with no issues. I order my food and it was cold and not cooked all the way. Horrible service. They are just completely rude. If you don't want to work, then you don't have to. Missing my cinnabons Hashbrowns still cold on the inside Tacos were not grilled and had maybe a tbsp of egg in side. No sausage in one of the tacos. Overall a very disappointing experience. I wish people would make food with the consideration of how they would like it if they were the customer. Terrible customer service. Went to order a couple chicken quesadillas and was told that they were out of chicken. I said no problem, would you give me the steak quesadilla at the chicken price and was told no; I had to pay more for the less-preferred product because of them. This is terrible service. Chicken and steak are the only two meat options for the quesadillas and steak is only a small up-charge from the chicken. Money is not the issue, the support is. I would give it a 0 star if I could! First weeks ago I went and spent $37 for dinner and got half my order wrong and the bell grande didn't even have nacho cheese sauce on it! Called and complained (and I never do that) and was told to come back after I already had got home and settled. Waste of $37 since couldn't even hardly eat what I got. Then today my daughter and friend go around 2:30pm and pay $20 and these are the lousy tacos they received! (See pics below) No meat hardly and little cheese and said they didn't have lettuce which also appears to be microwaved to heat up not fresh! This is unacceptable!! There's no missing context here; the worker was annoyed by my order and yelled that out to her coworkers, apparently unaware that I was in earshot (practically within arm's reach, across the counter). I went in the other day , ordered for my family and they got my order completely wrong. It was about 10-15 items. I was deeply saddened

We eat here now and then. Today is the last. Waited at least 10 minutes because their machine went down. That is understandable, I was still fine. But when I got home with my order, I was short an item. Went back out and got it. When I got back home, the food was cold.... they had 2/3 minutes to prepare something they messed up. My wife also said that what we originally got was also cold and the hard shell tacos were soft. I don't get it... If your system goes down, you have all this extra time to ensure your food comes out right.! read more

Let me start off by saying , I like Taco Bell and this review is for this location only . I've been to this location several times hoping it would be better and it never is , I went one evening and ordered tacos and the employee told be they had no more beef , they we're also out of fries and the freeze machine was down so I left, the next time went it took me 10 min to get to the window for them to serve me cold fries and then got my whole order wrong, I went in and told them my fries were very cold and my order was wrong , the female cashier told me that she knew they were cold and they still served me them , she then turned to the young male cooks and said see told you they were cold , it took them 10 more minutes to make me new batch of fries and still messed up my order, my overall time I wasted on Crappy food and service was 20 minutes and as I drive off , my drink was flat . I've been disappointed each time ! I wasn't the only one in there waiting for them to fix the orders. My opinion is that they shouldn't have a crew that's all in the early teenager years , and no supervision that's the same age . They seemed careless and no clue to what they were doing as well with customer service. I understand getting a order wrong but serving cold old fries and knowing they were is unacceptable, I won't go to this location which is rite across the street from my home , so I will go out of my way to eat at another Taco Bell . I don't write bad reviews often but I feel that you need to be warned and I hope they find better employees read more

We frequent this location once a week, they never get our order right, ever. Today at noon we stopped in for lunch, order was of course wrong. The station to get napkins and such from was a disaster. This used to be our go to Fast food in the area but after having a bug and a plastic wrapper in my beans and contacting Taco Bell customer with NO response they're for sure off of our lost.
