The taco shells last night were horrible. Tasted old. So I stopped in while doing errands and went straight to restroom and while there an employee was as well . That being said. She didn't wash her hands went straight back to work and guess what ? She was a manager yep you know it a manager wtf???? Thank God she wasn't touching my food but just how many others are not washing their hands and handling our food . CLEBURNE, MAIN STREET TACO BELL: Kept having to repeat order over the intercom. They kept repeating it back incorrectly. At the window attempted to clarify. They still got the order wrong. Tortillas on the soft tacos were cold and had lettuce when ordered without. Tortillas on the burritos were rubbery, and the beans were dry and tasted like burnt beans. Tasted no cheese or onions, but I could see a little. I've had similar issues the last THREE times I've been there. Three strikes you're out! read more

Service is slow!!! The manager is a negative Nancy always in a bad mood! Complains about being there and gives bad vibes. You can tell she hates her job and doesn't want to be there! In the last week I've been twice and she was negative both times not in a good mood at all! Was short staffed one time and called the other Taco Bell to get employees. They are so slow......I would suggest not being in a hurry or going to a different place. Taco casa is always fast! I was not going to post until I saw the hair first off in one of my kids burritos...I don't understand the whole issue with giving out sauce... I don't even want taco bell if I can't have the sauce with it! I even told them how many packets through the drive through and then asked when she gave me my food... did you already put the sauce in the bags? She said yes... Waited 30 mins to get my food, very disorganized, just awful and nobody knows what's going on.

Asked the worker, Cattalae L, working drive-thru if they were serving breakfast. Was told "We don't serve breakfast until 7 AM. If you want breakfast, you can go to McDonalds." Ordered three beefy frito burritos, sub beans instead of beef, and remove the cheese. Only one was correct, one had beef with no cheese and one had beans and cheese. Ordered a water and none was given. We were asked what kind of sauce we wanted to which we replied "Mild and hot." No sauce was in the bag. Ordered three grilled chicken quesadillas and was only given two in the bag. The loaded potato griller was literally just potato & tortilla. sErViCe ChAmPiOn? I don't think so. Drove through today. When I looked at my recipe I noticed they took the onions off instead of adding sauce. I said "maam" into the window. She ignored and another lady came. She yelled back at the workers in an irritated voice. So instead of fixing the burritos they threw a container with onions in the bag. The burritos were tiny (mostly tortilla) and there was not hardly any sauce on them (I asked for extra red sauce). Terrible experience. read more

What can I say? It's Taco Bell. But the customer service is pretty good at this location. Always has been. Been coming here a few times a week for two years. No real issues, and if they do make a mistake they correct it and make good on it. read more

I ordered three Bacon Cheesy Burritos (they are $1.79 each here). I received three ungrilled Bacon Grilled Breakfast Burritos instead. (They are about half the size and 30 or 40 cents cheaper.) I didn't notice that my order was wrong until I got to work. The next day, I took my receipt into the restaurant and explained what had happened. The manager insisted that I had received the correct order, that she remembered. I've been eating a lot of these breakfast burritos, so I know what I got, and that it was wrong. I guess the customer isn't always right at this location. I took the survey on the receipt and was given the opportunity to call customer service. I did, and explained the entire situation. I was promised a phone call from the local manager within three business days. That was over two weeks ago. I'll never return to this location, and I'm probably going to stop going to Taco Bell period. The last time I experienced customer service this awful it was from a very large Satellite ISP. read more

They have very slow service we sat in side at the register for 30mins and people knew we were there we kept trying to get them to come up front but they were all in the back chit chatting and there was no customers even in the drive or inside and after they finally helped us it took 20mins to get our food out to us and after we sat down 3 other people came in and waited and waited. read more
