I have had so much trouble with this Taco Bell recently. The Baja freeze machine has been down for months. They take your order and make you wait 30 minutes in the parking lot. Quesadillas made incorrectly and they were COLD. Spouses burrito had more ingredients in the freaking paper than in the actual tortilla. We hadn't even left the parking lot, so they were given to us cold. The chick in the drive thru literally stood holding the bag for the people in front of us and had a 3.5 minute conversation before handing them their bags. Crappy Taco Bell with incompetent staff. They never get orders correct even though we order our food as is - no special requests for them to mess up. Yet they still mess it up. Almost every time we go. This Taco Bell has become so ridiculous anymore, all I ever order is 2 chicken chalupa supreme every day literally. tonight I came seat in the drive thru 20 mins before getting to the window for the guy to tell me it'll be 5-10 mins for them to make chicken cause they are out, why didn't they make the chicken the 20 mins i waited before even getting to the window. most nights they say they are out of chicken and steak, atleast tonight they have chicken. managers need to do their jobs and make the crew do what they are supposed to do. I'd definitely be sending someone in there on night shift to see what the issue is before you lose a crap ton of business read more

Completely horrible! Not only did they forget two things from our order, they added cheese (although we told them to leave it off), and they added guacamole (which we didn't ask for). We tried to go to the main door (at 9:25 pm, after a local football game, and despite both the sign and the website stating that the restaurant part was open until 11 pm), but the worker had already locked the doors and was cleaning up! We had to go wait in line for another 20 minutes just to get the rest of our order! This place is horrid! read more

Every other time I go to this Taco Bell my food is cold. I went there and got 3 orders of their nacho fries and cheese sauce and the fries were cold! The cheese sauce was warmer then the fries! We visit this location usually between 8 and 10 at night. The drive through is always packed but they still manage to serve the customers inside quickly. That is very refreshing because other places nearby usually do not. I believe the woman that has served us most times is named Leona. She is always very courteous and usually has a smile on her face. This store is usually very clean and the restrooms are kept clean as well. The food is typical Taco Bell which is just standard Americanized food. I appreciate a place that gives what it is supposed to give as well as doing it with a smile. read more
