I'm also a huge fan of their Enchiladas Rojas! The Dillon bowl is also a regular staple of mine. It's a simple rice bowl with your choice of 2 perfectly seasoned/marinated meats. The servers here are always very polite and attentive. They put up with our antics weekly with a wry, empathetic smile (note the 32 oz. Modelo). The restaurant has seating to accommodate 20-25 people comfortably, which is needed for the daily lunch rush. Tacos La Tia has a blue collar feel yet their food is that of an upscale, high-end eatery. Every dish is packed full of flavor and the portions are just right! Grab your favorite canned or bottled soda from the cooler. The food is served on foam plates with plastic tableware. The ambiance is afternoon day care. Several, 2- to 3-year-old, well behaved kids were under mom's watchful eye while she worked the front counter. They still made a lot of ear-splitting noise.
