Okay, this review is coming from the bottom of my heart and my very happy belly! After driving for 4 hours, I was starving- been moving and cleaning all day and I was STARVING! I know my funds are limited so I see Taco Bell as I drive out of the Kohls parking lot and check my account, 20 bucks - ALL GOOD! Roll up and a very friendly-sounding voice takes my order. ( Chicken Cantina Burrito Meal Please) 2 cars ahead of me are through in less than a minute. I hand over my card, feeling so ready to gurub ! The nice worker says I'm sorry but your card didnt go through I am knowing I have 20 bucks cause I checked... It must be a security check, is my response. Long story , shorter I check bank app and see shockingly that my balance is now 5.98. I'm super embarrassed and say I'll go back around and order again through the app. So now, I'm just getting a 5 layer Burrito. To my surprise, "Shaggy" the friendly voice in speaker is actually the manager and he says that he ha my first order and is giving it to me on the house!! How nice is that?! Forgot part of order. Had to argue for a couple minutes to literally show them a burrito was missing. Guy opened each burrito up for some reason and then still didn't give me my last burrito after acting like he corrected it. N Carson location is worse, so I guess this is my last visit to TB. The inside service is terrible. After ordering for here items, stood at the counter for over 5 minutes to ask for a water cup. Got looked at 4 times before ever asking if I needed some help. The food SUCKS!!!!!!!!!! Hubby got a bean burrito, add beef. It was the smallest burrito I have ever seen. I worked for TB back in the day when they rolled burritos and left the end open. Now they are screwing you out of about 2" of burrito. After attempting to eat his burrito, it fell apart, hands to wash and then another stand at the counter because you can no longer get your own fork or sauces STUPID!!!! They rarely turn on the outside lights once it gets dark. Everyone speaking spanish, so you don't know if they are talking crap about you or not, especially when they all start laughing as you walk away!! I have written corporate on several occasions with issues, and they do not give a crap either! The drink machine is always dirty, and if you do not trust someone to put water in their own cup, maybe you need to start tending the front counter with employees again! So you are making at least 11.00 an hour to screw up my food and I have to order my own food (basically I am the ordering cashier working for free!. So why am I getting crappy food and service now?? You could send me a 100.00 gift card and I still would not go back to be treated the way they treat you for crappy food that is really lacking! Well my brother and I with a friend so three of us walk in to order. On the overhead bill boards are showing pictures of their food no menu items we ask for a paper menu on we don't have paper menu. You have to use the kiosk to order we are all seniors have hard time with pictures to order are food and to use the kiosk for special orders is impossible for no tech seniors. Got home with my 3 taco supremes and they were all soggy at the bottom and gross. This is the second time this has happened. I live 3 minutes from this Taco Bell. Got a bean burrito and chicken quesadilla today. Got home and the chicken quesadilla was cold and cut weird. The kid at the drive through wouldn't let me pay cash because I only had a $50 bill. I just sat in the drive through line, stuck for 30 minutes to have only 2 cars make their order, with about 8 more cars in front of me. I called the support line and after collecting my information they told me they had no resources to call individual stores and I'd have to call myself. I hung up and looked online to get the specific number and tried calling, but they didn't answer. Eventually I had to just go talk to all 3 of the cars behind me and we all agreed to back out. Always clean, however they have changed the way you order which could be easier for some but is hard for the elderly, when I was there a little old man was getting so upset and confused not one of the teen employees asked to help him out, so after showing him how to use the kiosk he pays with cash, to which you pay at the register with an employee! this is genuinely the best taco bell ive been to in my life and i go approx 3 times a week back home. my order was made very quickly and was hot and packaged perfectly when i got there. the restaurant was in pristine condition and the employees were super nice when i went in. my baja blast had the perfect amount of syrup and the rest of my food was so insanely good. they put the proper amt of sauce, cheese, and fillings in my food unlike other taco bell's that usually skimp out. this taco bell should be in a training video for all other taco bell's. i actually had tears in my eyes while eating my food cuz it was so good. read more

1 star bc that's the minimum. Drove through the drive thru, ordered the meal with 2 chalupas, the screen to order never populated my order. Get up to the window to pay, they charge me. I get the receipt and realize it's not what I ordered. I notified the cashier, she notifies a coworker, who notifies what appears to be a senior employee or supervisor. She then asks twice "am I sure I didn't order this", after going back and forth with her and notifying the screen never showed my order I just asked for a refund. She hopefully refunded my card and slammed the drive thru window after rolling her eyes. This lady should not be anybody's supervisor. No longer will I be stopping at that shit hole of an establishment if that's how customers are treated. It's no wonder she works at a fast food joint. read more

We have two toddlers so we got two cheese quesadillas with no sauce. They both had the spicy sauce on it so we got to listen to screaming kids because they wouldn't eat their food. Really appreciate the increased effort of a Vegetarian menu at Taco Bell- I come here all the time for lunch and aside from the occasional long drive they time, normally don't have a problem. 1) Spicy Potato Tacos- wonderful if the potatoes are fresh otherwise they're just kinda soggy. 2) Spicy Tostada - LOVE the flavored, but most times when I order have the toppings have slid off the tortilla- just makes for messy eating. 3) Quesadilla (no chicken) - hot, melty, and generally delicious 4) AM Breakfast Crunchwrap (no bacon) - Thank you for adding extra egg EVERY TIME (even though I don't ask) to make up for the lack of meat. Regular Taco Bell except the service was just not good. They forgot to give us part of our order at the drive thru which was mildly annoying but I could deal with it. Not the biggest deal in the world. But then there was more. When we paid, we handed the worker a $5 bill and a debit card to pay for the rest. By the time I was home and looked at my bank account, I saw that they charged me for the full order on my card, so I then lost out on $5 more dollars. This has by far been the WORST service I have EVER had here! I came through the drive thru I'm asked about 10 times what kinda sauce I want! I asked for mild 10 different times! Not only are all the employees screwing around in there they give me my food and I'm missing some items so I wait a few minutes and they finally open the window and ask if everything's ok I said no I'm missing food! They quickly hand me another bag with my missing items. I get ALL the way home pull out the food and they gave me the wrong item so then my kids bite into a bean burrito and it's full of onions when I said twice no onions add sour cream. I was willing to eat the wrong item because I was hungry but the burritos were the end of it. I drive all the way back to have them fix my order and of course employees were in there screwing around then they start to cuss as I'm standing right there and believe me I have a potty mouth but seriously your at work! Then they remake my burritos then gave the lady in the drive-thru my freak'n order! So then some more cuss words I'm handed my order and I open them right there and guess what there is no onions but there was also NO sour cream (which you get charged for) in the meantime the other food I ordered is sitting there getting cold and nasty! So finally by 9pm I'm headed home to eat and I ended up throwing most of it away! Seems like the last few times we have gone there all the employees are doing is screwing around while you order and when you get up to the window and then your whole order is screwed up! Best Taco Bell on the planet! I try to stay away from fast food in general, with one exception. I eat lunch at this Taco Bell virtually every Friday (my guilty pleasure), and not only is the food the best in the West, but the staff is consistently the nicest I've ever encountered in a fast food restaurant.
