Fairly new location that recently opened up. I've been here three times, and everything went swell. I grew up in Sunset Park and remember when the 39th Street location closed, sad times. For years, we had a huge void on this side of Brooklyn. There was a small location on 3rd Avenue, but that closed several years back. About 8 years ago, they opened a location in Bay Ridge, but the service is awful, the prices are ridiculous and the wait times are egregious. Never in my life did I ever think I'd leave a review for a Taco Bell LOL Yet here I am! You know when you crave taco bell and you finally order it and it just doesn't hit? I feel like it's always better in my mind than what it actually is. That's just not true with this location! This Taco Bell HITS!!!! Quesadilla had a solid amount of filling in there! Containers of sauces were filled to the top and sauce packets were actually in the bag! Nothing was missing from my order. Went here with my family today and was greeted by swarms of COCKROACHES crawling all over the walls!!! Not to mention ALL OVER THE LETTUCE!!! The workers ignored us for 30 minutes and called me "BALDY" when they took my order what the FREAK! Tacos were ABYSMAL and reeked of FEET. The food is trash and made sloppy. I ordered food and everything came cold. Everything that is supposed to be inside the taco, WAS OUTSIDE. I order and have to build my own taco? The crazy part is i live less then a 5 min drive from the taco bell, and approximately a 10 min walk. So there is no reason the food should taste like it was sitting in the refrigerator. This place is a total rip off. I have ordered 4 times from this location and they still don't have it right. I complained 3 times before hand and was offered a discount. I don't care for the discount. Just give me what I ordered. I don't even think the manager cares at this point. Nor does the workers. Tip: Always count your food when you order there. They will "accidentally" miss giving you and item or two. I caught them this time around and they made me extra food. Who knows. If I wasn't watching them, they would probably spit in my food too. Customer service is trash. The people that work there dont care about you. The food is sloppy and it takes them about 20 minutes minimum to serve it. I had to wait 15 minutes and they still did not take my order. (I was the only one there) I ended up leaving any food and the times i did the food was bad. read more

Have had ups and downs with this location. I would assume it normally just depends on who is the manager/staffing at the time. There had been a point where the location was closed because the midnight staff hadn't shown up and I had already placed an order. I went in a couple days after at least trying to recoup the order. Staff manager at the time had fulfilled the order and compensated me for the inconvenience. First time from this location that staff had showed any form of compassion due to prior service. I'm leaving a four star review in good faith that things get better, management wise. read more

I'd say it's one of the worst Taco Bells in the city, but it's Taco Bell so what can you expect. The fountain soda machine puts out far more soda than water, which would be an issue if the soda machine functioned at all, which often it does not. Also I'm unclear when this place opens or closes. I've tried to stop by 3 or 4 times over the past couple of weeks, walked in, was told the location was closed, despite the door being unlocked and no signs outside. A lack of employees is understandable, but some sort of notification that you're about to waste your time walking in would be nice. Very good employees, though. Change the oil or something jeez that is disgusting. My Crunchwrap supreme wasn't wrapped correctly and had a gaping hole in the middle, and on top of that there was probably about a teaspoon of meat in it, and that's being generous. My chicken taco meat was ice cold. This is a chain fast food restaurant. They have directions on exactly how to prepare these items and make them right. Do not order from this location!!! They don't even follow taco bell's standard of preparing and packaging the food properly. I wish I could give zero stars! I called and spoke with the General manager and he was unprofessional and offered no refund. I will never spend my money in this place again. I have never been to any taco bell so horrific...Sunset Park location needs to be shut down it that bad. Order completely wrong. Absolutely no sauces despite requesting them on the kiosk and the items didn't appear prepared correctly, in some cases a SAR party had to be made for the meat which seemed absent from items that were supposed to have meat in them. Food was terrible and unrecognizable when compared to Taco Bell items I've had From now on we are elsewhere. Unfortunately didn't know any of this until i opened the bag at home. Also, no sign of management oversight. Another time walked by and the place was locked up at 6 pm with employees outside smoking but checked google and they were supposed to be open.
