Part of the group was made of elderly people who were clearly uncomfortable to be seated on the hard bench. No one person on staff acknowledged us. Another couple walked in and they immediately got seated. When the host came back, we (both my party and the other party) let them know what happened. She pretended not to understand what we were saying. This woman has worked there for the entire 20 years I've been going. She knew what was said. Didn't apologize, didn't try to make it right. If this place plans to continue, they need to figure out how to run their business better and perhaps remove staff that continue to cause problems. This isn't the first instance where something like this has happened to me personally, nor am I the only one it has happened to.
