Lazy and rude are the only words that come to mind. Ordered 6 chessy roll-ups for my 6y/o. Got to the window and was handed the drink and told to pull around front to wait for the roll-ups. Waiting about 10+min, then they finally came out (picture attached). To lazy to actually heat them up. Called and talked to the manager working at the time of 22 Jan 2023 at 5:55pm, he didn't like the fact I had the audacity to call and express my disappointment and then hung up saying, "OK Boss". Not the 1st time I've had disappointment with this particular store, but trying to give it a chance to repair itself. Clearly not in the stores ability! This is the nearest Taco Bell to me so I come here often. It is very rare to get a taco with a good amount of both meat and toppings here (tomatoes, lettuce, cheese etc.) I usually get very skimpy tacos that look nothing like the pictures or I get very little meat and an overload of toppings. These pictures are from only one occasion but I have gotten worse food multiple times. I will not be coming back to this location. read more

But today was the third time I tried to get a frozen drink and the machine is down, again (am I at mcd's trying to get ice cream??). This place is terrible. The service is trash. The girl who took my payment was goofing off so hard laughing, she couldn't even tell me my total while she was taking my card. Have fun at work, but at least be professional for 5 seconds while the window is open. There were 5 cars in front of us and we waited at least 30 minutes. Then she didn't give us everything in the order. My Doritos los tacos were so soggy they were stuck to the cardboard. The food is at least usually worth the wait. Today, it was cold and gross. I am completely shocked of how messed up our order was, you can tell it's pure laziness. Tacobell specifically has vegetarian option now for all ordered and that's what we ordered that had NO meat what so ever!! I come home with 5 Crunchwrap 2 burritos and some side orders. This order is not cheap almost $70 and every single one of them had meat. HOW??? We have never had meat in our life so just a thought of putting meat accidentally in our system or potentially being exposed to unknown allergies would have had us all in the hospital. I would think if you are in a food business you would train your employees better. The fact that I am giving them one star rating is because I couldn't give them zero. I would like to inform the owner I have a pregnant girlfriend out in the hot day when all we wanted was a Taco Bell, so we could eat drive home. We ordered 2 meals, one of them with extra sour cream, we got our drinks and the bag they gave us, and we drove off down the street, my girl friend who is pregnant, and I repeat, pregnant said, we have to go back, this isn't our food, but I had already grab stuff and started eating. I'm hungry. They go through the drive through, they understood their mistake, told us to pull around they'll bring us our order. When they came out, they only brought her box and not my meal, saying I'm already getting food out of a bag. The gentleman said, I could either leave or call the police, but he's not replacing my meal. Little did he know I'm a level 6 reviewer on Google Reviews and I review on here too. Sometimes ego gets in the place of common sense I would think my meals would be replaced with the proper order that they didn't even give us and not give us a hassle because we had to spend time in a hot car and the whole inconvenience of being in a car with a pregnant woman for like a half hour total over their mistake obviously this young man has an ego I called him and tried to resolve it but then I ended up telling him I'm going to the better Business Bureau and I'm posting this on everything I can every single listing I am posing this this is a dangerous place for pregnant women they don't give a crap. This whole thing could have resolved by just replacing our orders instead of worrying about a bag they gave us on accident, but I've already started eating out of. we went through the drive thru at this taco bell, ordered 8 nacho grande supreme's, a crunch wrap, and 3 baja blasts. We spent 44$ and only got 4 nacho tacos when we left. They screwed up our order and i don't recommend. read more

It took me awhile to decide how many stars to give this place. I came up with 2 stars for a couple reasons. First of all is the service...rather slow & pretty unfriendly. Second is a slight food &/or recipe change. I always got burritos & the rice. The burritos are still good (as good as fast food burritos can be) but the rice changed. (And not for the better) It used to be a Spanish type rice with a lot of flavor, but now, it's a plainer style white rice with no flavor at all !! I've even tried putting a pack of medium sauce in it & that didn't even help !! I ate there only a couple times (about 6- 8 months ago) & I haven't been back since & don't plan to return unless I hear that the rice has changed back to the tastier one !! read more

I was in a hurry today and decided to order dinner for my kids on line. Ordering and paying was easy enough. I get there and go inside to pick it up. I stood there, with others for maybe 10 minutes. There was nobody working at the counter. Not a single employee to ask for help. Finally, a guy showed up and helped those infront of me. Absolutely filthy. The guy working the counter, if you can call it "working", was slow and rude, but only to certain people. The floor of the kitchen had papers all over the floor. Food is fine. If you have anything specially made, due to allergens - you have a much larger chance it will be made incorrectly. Always check to make sure you get everything. We order from there occasionally, and only about 20% of the time the entire order is correct and complete. I think it is just this location. I wish there were another Taco Bell near. read more

The only reason this place received two stars is because the staff is super friendly. However you can be as nice as Mary Poppins and it wouldn't matter because the service is so slow. I love Taco Bell but this one is so horrible. It's slow, food is always cold and last visit the employee took a 10 min break mid sentence. I have written to the store itself and the main company.
