Went through the drive through and the person taking the order kept talking abruptly in the most unusual fashion, as quickly as humanly possible, as soon as I would finish saying something. It was the weirdest thing. I asked what was going on through the speaker. I get to the window and the worker blatantly denies the behavior in front of her manager. I review it on my dash cam and get some laughs with my friends. It looked like I was on a prank show. I honestly don't know why she is doing that to customers. Really odd. This Taco Bell was really the only thing open in a town as small as Belfair when I was visiting. So it was your typical Taco Bell. One thing that was notable to me is how beautiful the building was, so it looks like it might have been a newly-established Taco Bell in town. Or at least a very well- maintained restaurant and drive-thru. I have no complaints about my order or service. And I didn't even get a belly ache after I finish my grub. read more

Update... Tried to give them a chance. They make the tacos very tiny. They are owned by orchard foods. They also own port orchards taco bell. The food is not even close to the pictures. If I'd known it was orchard foods I wouldn't have bothered. Since the port orchard store is the same way. The owners knowingly put less into each item to pad the bottom line. When I go to taco bell in my hometown the food is much much closer to the advertising. Also the Belfair location is slow as heck. We were so excited to see the taco bell in Belfair. we just bought a house here and love tacos. I went by this morning on a whim after going to the school to enroll my son. they were closed. at 945am. I'm really surprised that they don't open until 10am. they serve breakfast yet not until 10am when most breakfast menus are closing. I was most surprised by the hours because the area empties out after 10am. most people are at work or school by then. The naval base traffic is gone by 10 am. All of the parents are home from dropping the kids at school. I will reevaluate this review when you are open more useful hours. read more

The freezer are good but they were slightly melted when we received them. And I asked for two 5 layer burritos and for the beef to be substituted out for double bean and they but black bean instead. They kept interrupting me while I was trying to fish my Ofer about the bean's burrito. Lowkey not a hit especially at night. Went when it was slow looking. read more

The first time I went here the service was outstanding and they got my order correct , but not the second time! This is my second visit and my last. First they didn't give me a straw with my drink, and I assumed it would be in the bag, but after waiting over 15 minutes for me food in the drive thru they handed me a bag with no straw. The people were rude and I wonder if some of them were high with the way they were acting. I told them I didn't want cheese or sour cream on my food and they put it on anyway. I was just here about 7 minutes ago. 12:38am and my boyfriend and I pulled up to the drive through we see two employees outside smoking cigarettes. Then all of a sudden one is wearing a headset flashing blue lights. She is literally outside smoking and using her headset to take orders. Before we even pull up to the order window she starts speaking. My boyfriend literally said "what was that?" And she condescendingly says "what can I get for you TO EAT" he paused ( as we were both feeling disrespected and kind of grossed out) he says "nothing now that you act like that". She then says "then feel free to drive on through..bye" and he told her to have fun with those cigarettes. It was terrible and grossed us both out to eat at this location after our outdoor movie. Yuck! Bad attitudes and gross people who clearly don't care about customers or the food their serving. Taking orders while outside smoking cigarettes. Not all franchises are a like, and this is a good example of a bad one. Beans are usually old and dry, thick and disgusting in the burrito. I think it's a Belfair thing because there's not much pride in any of the food served here. Just disgusting, especially for a place where there's one way to make the food and if you can't follow that simple direction, what's the use. If these places took a little pride in what they do they can make fortunes, because there's not a lot of excellent food choices in Belfair. read more

They are super slow! I've went through plenty of times and the food was alright, but the past two times I've went through the girl is completely clueless how to do her job. First time she tried to charge me the wrong amount, I corrected her and handed her a $20 and the correct change and she couldn't figure out how to count back the change. Instead of giving me the right amount back she tried to give me a 'free soda' instead, probably because the managers are already annoyed with her. No thanks, I already paid for a soda, I just want my money! Today we went through the drive-thru and it was the same girl. I'd think she was new, but she was there weeks ago when we visited! It took forever for her to take our order. (Repeating everything at least twice.) Then she screwed up the toppings on one chalupas and didn't even give us the quesarito. Then tonight i go there again wait another 30 minutes for them to short my meal and the food was cold. It takes me more than just one bad experience to write a review, Well, I have a couple now with this Taco Bell and want to share in hopes they will read and improve. I ordered a Combo Burrito last week and the burrito was smaller than a bean burrito with hardly any meat and good stuff. I could not believe I paid nearly three bucks for it. Secondly, was just yesterday. I ordered hard shell and soft shell tacos... four total. There was less than a teaspoon of meat on each, the lettuce was stale and the tomatoes were rancid. I will not be going back to this Taco Bell. On a positive note, folks are kind and responsive... good service, just the food sucks! read more
