This Taco Bell drive-thru can get BUSY. They've got some nice kids working there, some of which my peers, who are happy to help you out with your order. Other than their peak busy hours which out waiting times up to 45 minutes at most (usually during noon and 5pm), they're pretty good. My family likes to send me out all the time to Taco Bell and we usually have some pretty big orders. Nine times out of ten, they get the whole order right. Sometimes they don't give enough sauce packets, but that's about it. Good place to go if you don't mind waiting a little bit for your food! read more

Sat in drive through line for over 15 minutes and then when trying to order was told they only take cash right now. After another 10 minutes stuck in the line I got to window. They should have at the least offered a free drink or something for the inconvenience or $5 off next purchase but they said they were sorry but nothing they could do for trouble. This taco bell order has been planned for some time among my family. One would think that to work at any job you should be able to count over 37 but I guess not. In the beginning we were hopeful, roughly 3 minutes into the ordering process we realized this was going to be the feat of the summer. After getting our order we looked through the bags to make sure everything was there, big surprise it wasn't. So my dad kindly showed the worker our order (highlighted in the attached image) what was missing and asked for them to make them. Upon hearing this a lady in the back who was making our food swore that she had made the food and insisted that we had gotten everything. At this point emotions are running on a high and everyone is upset. We just want our food and they just want us out. So eventually, the customer wins. She gives in and makes what she thinks is all our food. Apparently she counted, it is also apparent someone should go back to preschool to learn numbers again. We also, no less then 45 minutes before going to the store tried to order it online to make it easier on everyone involved. A double order, 106$ pending, still no orders received. It's very clear why these people make minimum wage. With every minute that went by our hopes of having a fun filled night full of beef and cheese filled tacos and yummy burritos were very clearly on a roller coaster that only mimicked a flatline heart monitor. After receiving what we were confident was all out food we leave. As we arrive at the house and are handing out the food, yep you guessed it, still missing food. This is the worst Taco Bell, I've ever been to, and quite possibly the worst fast food restaurant, ever. These last two years, it seems to be on a steady decline. I've watched them mess up multiple orders, in a row, for other people. I've had to wait for long periods, and not been given any sauces. Tonight, though, they kept messing up customers orders, not helping customers up front, the place was filthy, and there was an obvious lack of communication. We waited 30 minutes, for our food. I've never had such consistently cruddy last few visits, at any other fast food restaurant. Sadly, they are worse than McDonalds, in Battle Ground, and that is saying something. read more

Today, at the drive thru, Heidi engaged in a friendly conversation making my visit yet another positive event. Our food was warm and well prepared for drive thru tacos. My husband ordered at 5:30pm. It was taking a long time so he checked the time on his receipt and he had been waiting 20 minutes. As he was looking at his receipt he noticed they had taken the order wrong. He wanted NO sour cream on his crunch wrap and they had him down for NO nacho cheese. He went to the counter to correct the issue and the cashier went to speak with the woman making his order on the food line. She stood there speaking to her for a minute so he assumed the problem was corrected. When he got home it was not fixed. Sour cream when he asked for none. No nacho cheese. My 7 layer burrito had ground beef and was sloppy. As in falling apart sloppy. My root beer was all syrup and no fizz. I went back to the restaurant at 6:16pm and the same cashier was there. Right away she recognized the order and said Oh no! They put the sour cream on? I told them not to. I asked for a refund for all but my son's cheesy rollups, because he's 3 and there was no way I was leaving him with no food this late into the dinner game. The cashier TRAINEE Amanda was great. She was apologetic. She smiled. She tried her best to help me as quickly as possible. I work as a customer service manager. All day long I deal with upset customers. This girl did a great job. Her Manager Jill was awful. She did not make eye contact or apologize. She came over in a rush punched some things into the register and walked away. As I got to my truck I realized I was shorted some of my refund. I went back in and told Amanda that I didn't get the refund for my soda and the added tomatoes I paid for. Jill stomped over and asked what my problem was, she legit asked me what my problem was! No hello, no smile, nothing remotely indicating that I was anything but a problem. Then she told me they don't refund the full order normally. I asked "you don't normally refund an entire order when you mess an entire order?" She again typed something into the register but again said under her breath that its not how they do things. No smile. No apology. No actual conversation. She didn't care what happened. All she cared about was how I was inconveniencing her and expecting MY MONEY back for an order she did not fulfill. She was rude and disrespectful. She walked away from me before I even got the refund. The TRAINEE finished the refund. My family will never dine at this location again. Mistakes can be forgiven. We are all human and sometimes we make mistakes. Bad customer service is unacceptable. She should not be in management. And the icing on my bad customer service cake, the floor was disgusting in the food prep area. I regret letting my child eat that cheesy rollup. He will probably end up with food poisoning. Thank you taco bell for time stamping my receipts. I now know that you have terrible management, terrible customer service, your food prep area is atrocious, you are incapable of fulfilling a 7 item order and it took 50 minutes from start to finish. read more

Every time I go to Taco Bell there seems to be some type of error with my order. I have gotten in the habit of checking my order before I leave the drive through. Tonight was no different. I ordered my 4 items for my husband and I, the employee asked if everything looked correct on the screen, I closely looked at it and said yes it does. Thinking to myself wow things are going smoothly. When I got up to the window I was given part of my order and then the rest of my order. I checked my order as I always do and politely told the lady I was missing an item. She said that item is not on your order. I replied yes it is she asked to see my receipt, and said it's not on your receipt. I said it was on the screen (of course very frustrated by now).She said well maybe she accidentally deleted it I don't know why you saw it but it's not on your order. We can make it for you and charge you for it. I said charge me for it? It was on the screen she gave me a total and I paid for and you need to make it and give it to me. Now the manager on duty comes up and says we can charge you and make it for you if you would like. I said it was your mistake it was on the screen. She repeated herself again. I said you can make it for me and give it to me for free or you can charge me and lose my business. She gave me the total for the missing item. I paid for it and will not return! I asked the first employee I talked to didn't the person who took my order only a moment ago remember? She said we hear the roadway and the cars so we really can't hear.
