The chili Colorado burrito was really good but a little salty. The shredded beef enchilada was the best. I did not get a chance to eat my chicken taco as I got too full. I really liked the chili Colorado sauce. The service is awesome. I like the green and red sauce they give you when you get there. The sauces were really cold and the chips were warm too. Such a good combo. I really like how hot the meals are there. The food was so hot that it was still warm even after I ate the majority of my meal. This is one of my go to Mexican restaurants in BG. You won't be disappointed when you get a chance to try them.

I went with the chicken fajita, served sizzling with all the little sides. The chips came out fresh, the salsa had just enough kick to make me pay attention, and then they brought out the bean dip. Home run. The fajitas were exactly what I was hoping for, and of course the margarita was doing its job like a professional. Service was good, the food hit the spot, and eating solo was actually part of the experiment. Consider it a little pre-test for my upcoming minimalist Vietnam adventure, where I'll be wandering around, eating, filming and figuring things out on my own. One last Mexican meal before Vietnam? We've been regulars at Las Mesitas for the last six years. It was one of our favorite restaurants. On our last visit we were very disappointed with what we found. The menu prices had doubled, no joke. Literally doubled. It was a strong smell of urine in the restaurant. Lastly, our food was cold. We went with some friends and all of us got cold food. I am Asian, and given the timing and manner in which it was said, I found the comment offensive and inappropriate. I would appreciate it if management would investigate this incident. I assume there may be indoor security footage and/or audio that could help determine exactly what occurred. Kryssia was the drive-thru cashier and was standing nearby at the time. I chose not to confront anyone or cause a scene at the restaurant and instead decided to report the incident here.
