They have a large selection of meats to choose from for the tacos but we ended up getting carne asada, carnitas, and chorizo to keep it simple. The food came out all at the same time and it was all hot, looked fresh, and smelled fantastic. The fries were crispy and topped with a generous amount of well seasoned, tender, and perfectly grilled carne asada, creaminess from the cheese and sour cream, and hints of spice from the jalapeños. The tacos were also very delicious, despite being simple street tacos. They all had a good amount of meat (although it might have been a bit too salty) and the tortillas were soft. I would absolutely come back to try other menu items. Their staff was also very kind and attentive. The space is very colorful and bright, decorated with some authentic Mexican items/images. They have a big parking lot, which takes away some of the stress. It is also near downtown so there are other good businesses around.

This place is small and does fill up but seems like most do take out. Parking is a bit tight and limited to street parking, but on a rainy day, there was plenty available. Staff was very friendly and attentive to getting us drinks, more tacos, and checking in on us~ my family speaks Spanish, and staff are fluent and native speakers of Spanish. Central fall caters to a mostly Hispanic population, so it's very welcoming. My partner speaks english, and with his limited Spanish, he ordered with no issue and the staff understood him well. My burrito was customized to my preference which had the cheese, rice, avocado, and no crema. Sounds very restrictive if that's just how my diet is, and I'm so glad they complied and gave me a delicious burrito! The meat was savory and tasty and the table had a container with three different sauces. The hottest was the dark red, and it was super good! I actually finished the whole meal and didn't feel too heavy. It was satisfying. The tacos were tasty, messy, but good. My partner ordered two more and he was too focused on his food to take a picture. For drinks, I got a seasonal drink called Atole Chanpurrado, which is made from corn flour, corn starch, and milk along with cinnamon. There are many versions, but this restaurant had the traditional one. It was super tasty and warm, very enjoyable on a cold rainy day. It was very homey!
