Food is decent. It is what it is. Service is AWFUL. they have kiosks so they don't hear to interact with customers but when you need someone they take forever to come over. I ordered a LARGE drink at the kiosk. She hands me the cup and says we only have medium cups is that ok? I said I paid for a large drink. I usually like this Taco Bell and order from the app and pick it up frequently. The people are always friendly. On Thursday 8/3/23 at noon I picked up my order and went home to work and eat. I am vegetarian so I substitute beans for the meat. They have messed that up in the past and put meat in my food but not this time. I got the cravings box with a Beefy 5-Layer Burrito and substituted the Black Beans for the meat. This is a $4.39 burrito and this photo is what it looked like. I mean.. it's Taco Bell. A bunch of young kids on their first or second job. But I came here just to state, as I went their today... A CHANGE in their customer service! Went their today and the woman at the second window handed me two blue icy drinks and said, "for your girls" (my 7 & 4 year old in the back seat) that was just such a kind gesture and probably costed Taco Bell 1 cent. But it's a trickling affect because I posted how nice it was to my Snapchat and a couple people messaged and said how kind that was and they too noticed how much better the customer service has gotten too. Little things like that get noticed and doesn't cost much and goes a long way... obviously, you don't go handing out drinks to every customer but the SERVICE itself has upgraded with either better customer service training and/or an intelligent hiring staff. There were big visible signs about online order pickup at a separate window, so I placed an online order. Then when it was supposed to be ready I walked to that pickup spot, only to find a small sheet of paper saying to pick up in the drive through. So I had to get in the drive through line and wait again. When I got to that window the order wasn't ready so they asked me to pull over and wait again. The two of us had clear sign of food poisoning (vomiting, diarrhea and stomach pain) right after eating it is still going on now 5th day... symptoms persist and they're awful! Absolutely fantastic experience this afternoon. The gentleman taking my order was not only very helpful with making my order a combo and saving me twelve dollars but he gave exquisite service. Jada was very helpful and by far the kindest person I've ever run into at Taco Bell. Using manners and calling me by ma'am. The girl who cashed me out was also very sweet but there's absolutely no one that could beat the service I just received from this Taco Bell at 1:41. The food was all made perfectly also which usually doesn't happen as I get everything customized. I give you ladies and gents five stars as I love Taco Bell and get so sad when I have bad experiences! But I guess for every bad review comes a good one and you guys have absolutely nailed it today!!!!! Last time they forgot the nachos from the nacho combo and this time the Crunchwrap from the Crunchwrap combo...how do you forget the main item!? I have learned to always check for cinnamon twists by now because that is something they forget to put in the bag EVERY time. Wow.....What a horrible location and horrible food..!!!!! I had order food from DoorDash to get food delivered from Taco Bell. I waited 25 mins for my order from when they received it and I got it delivered. Got the food from my driver and come to find out Taco Bell sent the wrong order luckily the driver didn't leave yet told him this order isn't mine. Then I called Taco Bell and let them know that they sent the wrong order and the gentleman I spoke to told me he will remake the food and asked if I would like anything else for the inconvenience so I told him please add another Mexican pizza and a Chalupa please and he would have it ready for the driver so he doesn't have to wait. The driver then comes back after another 25mins and Tavo Bell sends me the food that they never sent with the driver in the first place opened the food up everything cold and soggy and disgustingly made I wouldn't even feed that to my dogs. I called Taco Bell again to let them know about how horrible the food is and how badly it's made and the bell rang 3 times and then a weird ring. So my girlfriend ordered food through the Taco Bell app and her name is Caidance (sounds how it's spelt) and the girl at the window was very rude. Saying "oh we don't have an order for that there's one for Kayden." This is pathetic that the person taking orders cannot read the whole name and be able to properly understand how it's said. Along with this I received a breakfast crunch supreme and I'm upset with it due to the fact I got one last week and love it had no problem but the second I got home after eating the one today (Saturday August 21st) i immediately was puking. The bacon and small bits of chicken that I threw up were raw and appeared to be uncooked. This is pathetic and sickening. This Taco Bell is the only one near my house. The cashier could not make change to save his life! I ordered a 12 pack of soft taco supremes for dinner and an order of cinnamon twists. It came to 19.25. I gave him a twenty and a quarter. He gave me back 75 cents. I told him he had given me the wrong change. The guy then says that he enter all the money I gave him and what ever change you gave me and this is what you are supposed to get back...... I reiterated what the bill what the bill came to and how much I gave him and he just looked like a deer in headlights! I finally got my correct change after I explained the basic math equation again. Finally when I received my order and brought it home. I then realized they gave me 10 tacos instead of 12! The staff here suck! Make sure you double check you change and your order before you leave!
