Oh Taco Bell how I want to love you. :( Traveling across country today and stopped at this one. Taco bells are hit and miss. This one was a miss today. As we pulled up I said I wonder if I can pick something on the menu that will be good today. 16 minutes later my food was handed out the window. Long line? Nope 2 cars on front of us. Drive thru window lady knew we had waited an excessive amount of time and immediately handed us a free taco coupon and an apology. That was a nice gesture but didn't go far. The mexician pizza was the worst one I have ever had. It looked very unappealing but tasted worse than it looked. Burnt shell or stale I'm not sure but BAD. Couldn't eat it. Chili cheese burrito was not the worst but not good. Impossible to get out of the wrapper with out getting it all over my hands. Not good when in the car. read more

Only the drive thru was open, (thank you COVID) but the drive thru was fast. We had no issues with our order and burritos were assembled pretty well. We had one bean burrito that was a little messy, but it's better than I've had at other Taco Bell's. My only complaint was we had to ask for napkins, but ay have also been COVID's fault. read more

this place is absolutely disgusting. It doesn't even deserve one star. drove thru town today and stopped here. bad decision! no TP in ladies restroom, and it was dirty. obviously they hadn't checked on it or cleaned for a while. we ordered and waited for probably 5 minutes. no customers ahead of us. there were 3 ladies seated together but they already had their food. The ceiling was leaking in two places, with water on the floor that was making a puddle about 6" wide. our food was ready and we took it to the car. we started driving and realized on our bean burritos there was sour cream (gross!!!!!) we turned around and went back to Taco Bell through the drive thru. I spoke to the sweaty kid who made our order and asked if they always put sour cream on bean burritos. he said "no" and said the girl who took our order must have put the order in wrong. I couldn't find our receipt until 2 hours later when we got home, so I couldn't prove at the time that our order was taken CORRECTLY, but the guy who made it was not paying attention. the guy offered to female the burritos, and I said yes, but after getting a closer look through the drive thru and seeing how dirty the "kitchen" was and how nasty the employees looked, I didn't eat my food. I asked to speak with the manager while the guy was making the burritos. he was the other sweaty guy behind the counter. I'm 100% convinced that he has not brushed his teeth in months, or showered in weeks. nasty, gross, sickening, DISGUSTING. these boys should NOT even have a job indoors, let alone in a restaurant. the "manager" who I don't believe was a real manager, maybe he's a shift manager, was not apologetic about our experience. he stared at me like I had 2 heads. he said "well, I just got here and they told me it's been really busy." I told him "3 people is busy? really?" I told him "obviously you've not been manager for long, because your response to me should have been "I'm so sorry about your experience here today, I hope we can make it up to you next time. please let me refund you for your order and give you a coupon to use at your next visit."" pathetic people working at a pathetic restaurant. my husband and I have tried to completely swear off this restaurant chain for health reasons and this was the last straw. This is the second time I have tried to eat here. The first time it was late at night and I placed an order at the drive through. They told me to drive around to the window. When I pulled up, there is a car at the window ahead of me and the person is chatting with 2 girls standing inside the window. They are obviously having a good time and after sitting there for 5-10 min, I back up and leave because couldn't wait anymore. Tonight I'm coming through town again hungry for Taco Bell. As I pull in to go through the drive through I see people waiting with tickets in hand for their food. As I pull up RO the drive through, I realize there are cars waiting in line from before the ordering spot all the way to the window. So again I drive around and go to Taco Mayo down the street! This place needs some hustlers. read more

I wish I could leave this place zero stars. Worst experience ever! Bathrooms were dirty, no toilet paper in women's restroom. We ordered inside, food to go. Water kept dripping from ceiling on us while we waited. Puddles of water on floor. Girl who took our order could not stop touching her hair. Guys in back making food looked like they hadn't bathed for a week. We left with food in hand and started down the road. Wife took a bite of her burrito and it had sour cream on it. Did NOT order it that way!!!! Drove back to Taco Bell and asked to speak to a manager. The kid who just made the burritos said he was the manager. What a fucking joke! He was rude, illiterate, and had basically no training at all. The whole food and service industry is becoming one chaotic mess!!! I highly recommend skipping past this Taco Bell if you are traveling highway 69. Don't waste your time. I just pray I don't barf my guts out tonight. read more

came thru the drive thru saw a bunch of crew members just hanging out back they where having a good time in the back I could smell pot and seem to be eating. which would explain why it took them 10 minutes to get my order. I can honestly say it kind of funny it brought me back to my younger years. this store ran out of Peps, Bajia blast and mountain dew and doctor pepper no mild sauce and wanted to charge me for a large Drink. read more
