After driving by this place numerous times since it popped up on my radar, my wife & I finally got…read morethe chance to check it out. We stopped here this past Saturday morning. We both ordered the Barbacoa Breakfast Burrito with the onions, pepper & potato, with that red sauce and some delicious green pureed salsa... wow it was good! I would not recommend trying to drive wile trying to handle this Burrito, the massive size and potential for unintentionally dripping on your seat or cloths is fairly high. It is well worth the few minutes to sit there in your car or on their tables, eat & enjoy. It took only a few minutes for the girl to make these up, but these 2 massive Burritos came out hot, fresh & delicious! Overall, this little gem is one of the best and authentic tasting places I have found anywhere near here. If olny they could make the Margaritas, it would become our regular for "Mexican Night." Good food, fast & friendly service and hot food with great flavor is a win, win, win.

Very cool salsa and Mexican condiment bar; we loved the pickled onions mixed with nopales strips, and the pineapple/cilantro mix. The green medium heat salsa was awesome as well; there were two different red sauces; one was 7/10 spicy (it was solid), and one was too spicy for me to use. When in doubt, ask :-) We ordered the esquites appetizer; it was a small dish of corn off of the cob with the appropriate dressing/cheese, and served with chips. Flavor was right on, but the corn was not grilled and didn't have any char. They should change that. We ordered 4 tacos; pastor, gobernador, published and carnitas. The pastor was a slam dunk 10/10. All it needed was some extra pineapple from the condiment bar and a little bit of the spicy red salsa. The pibil was spot on classic; tender, juicy, warm spices. The carnitas was good, but would have benefitted from a little time on the flat top to add some crisp to the tender port; it also screamed out for salt. The gobernador was a classic Veracruz preparation; tender shrimp, roasted poblanos, chihuahua cheese. Total without drinks plus 20 percent tip was $36. Highly recommended for very authentic tacos in Clarksville.

We ordered the Calle Bowl, Birria Ramen, and street corn in a cup, and also took advantage of a $7 drink special they had going on. While the food wasn't mind-blowing like I expected from the hype, it was definitely over decent and enjoyable. What really made the experience memorable was the staff. Everyone was so down to earth and welcoming. A woman who just started working there yesterday truly brought the energy--super sweet and full of life. Calle Taco nailed it on customer service. It's rare to feel that genuine warmth and helpfulness nowadays. I'd go back just for the people and the good vibes alone!

Tori and Iesha were nothing short of angelic--gracious, intuitive, and effortlessly attentive in a way that feels almost rare these days. They anticipated needs before we even had to ask and carried themselves with a warmth and ease that made the whole experience feel genuinely special. Service like that doesn't just support a meal--it elevates it. Food-wise, Torchy's just doesn't miss. I had the Baja shrimp taco and the steak fajita taco--both were outstanding. The shrimp was perfectly cooked with just the right balance of crisp and flavor, and the steak fajita taco delivered that bold, satisfying punch you expect but rarely get this consistently. My girlfriend went with the green chili pork taco, and it was just as impressive--rich, savory, and perfectly executed. What really sets this place apart for us is consistency with dietary needs. My girlfriend can't have gluten, and they always get it right--no confusion, no mistakes, just confidence and care every single time. That level of reliability is rare and deeply appreciated. Every bite felt intentional. Every detail felt dialed in. I don't say this lightly--Torchy's is one of the very few places that keeps pulling me back. And after this visit, I'm not even pretending to resist anymore.

My only small issue was that I had rewrap the burrito as it wasn't fully wrapped but this was minor and didn't change how good the taste was! After hearing about torchys a ton from friends who loved their texas chain, I'm glad I had a chance to try it! Ordering at kiosks is easy and they are relatively quick with your order.
