We don't get fast food too often, but Taco Bell is at the top of my favorites when we do. I've had some decent experiences with this location, but that's the best I could say. I have had multiple bad experiences at this particular location. On the worst occasion, my husband drew the short stick and had to make the TBell run. My order was pretty simple, a hard shell taco and pintos and cheese; basic, I know. I ended up with a pintos and cheese taco. You read that right, beans and cheese in a hard taco shell. I made the drive back to taco bell with the receipt and my pitiful pintos and cheese taco. Their response? They laughed and said, oh sorry about that. I got my corrected order and left. I've also gotten home and my pintos and cheese are 1/4 full. Another example. I LOVE buffalo sauce. I decided one day to try the buffalo chicken nacho fries. We got home and there was no buffalo sauce on those bad boys, nor chicken, that's because they gave us the regular ones. My husband went back this time. They took back the regular ones (What are you going to do with that??) and gave us the ones we ordered. They were meh, but I can't place that on this location. I don't like writing bad reviews, but unfortunately the 2 stars are warranted in my humble yelper opinion. My advice, and we need to take ourselves, is thoroughly check each order before leaving the premises. read more

WHEN: Monday @6pm I couldn't wait for Tuesday. It's been so long since I had Taco Bell and I'm excited. Because of COVID-19 they were doing drive-thru, curbside pickup, and delivery. Going through the drive through, there were 2-3 cars ahead of us. But we went though it super quick. I was happy to see the staff wearing both gloves and a mask. When paying, they leave the the credit card device for my to insert my card in myself. When I received my order, it was on a tray passed to me. Everything was super quick and efficient. We were in and out so fast! Impressive! Here's what I ordered: CHALUPA CRAVINGS BOX - $5 This Box includes the following 5 items: + MEDIUM FOUNTAIN DRINK I didn't care much for the beverage. Although it's a medium, it's a pretty large size. You can always swap this out for other beverages with a price difference: Orange Juice +$0.10 Freeze +$0.60 Coffee +$0.00 + CHALUPA SUPREME Fried flatbread shell with seasoned beef, a three-cheese blend, lettuce, tomatoes, and reduced fat sour cream. It's really good because the flatbread is light and airy but lightly crisp because it was fried. All the ingredients came together wonderfully with that nice light crunch texture. I really enjoyed this. + BEEFY 5-LAYER BURRITO Seasoned Beef, Cheese, Beans, Nacho Cheese Sauce, and Reduced Fat Sour Cream. No veggies here but its okay. This hefty pouch tastes mostly like beans and cheese. For me that's pretty good since the other two are pretty beefy. This is quite filling, and I enjoyed a lot because I love my sauces! Yes to sour cream and nacho cheese! + CRUNCHY TACO Seasoned Beef, Lettuce, Cheese, Crunchy Corn Shell. You really can't go wrong with this. Never dry in taste and jam packed full of flavor. I add a bit of Mild sauce but it really isn't needed. + CINNAMON TWISTS I actually swapped this out for CHIPS AND GUACAMOLE for just $0.49 more. Isn't that awesome!? Chips were okay and the scoop of guac was good enough for me! I was focusing more on the others. Overall, this Chalupa Cravings Box is such a great deal. It's so much food for only $5, and it's customizable for a tiny fee. My partner and I shared this, and we ordered an additional Chalupa Supreme for $3. Think about it, for just $2 more, you get 4 more items in this Chalupa Cravings Box! And it really fills up 2 people. What a great deal. By the way I would have not known about the Chalupa Cravings Box if it weren't for the app, which they emailed me about. Otherwise it's actually not on the drive-thru menu and I would have not known about it! read more

The older female drive thru worker here is insanelyyyyy rude, there was such a small misunderstanding and she literally lectured me in the drive thru over a simple misunderstanding. While I understand that this is in fact Taco Bell and not a 5 star restaurant, nothing is worse than the end of a long day ending with getting all the way home with your order completely wrong including the requested sauces. Wanted a bean burrito no cheese/no onions, got a burrito supreme with everything, wanted a crunchy taco with no cheese, got a taco supreme without cheese but with sour cream, asked for fire sauce and got hot. Why even have a menu or options if the workers could absolutely care less. I could see not being upset if the food was free but to pay for total disregard, especially in the Bay Area is more than disappointing. I won't be going to this location again. read more

Wow. Just wow. 11:45pm. They were only serving one car at a time in the drive through. Car would pull up to the speaker. Sit there for 5 mins. Then someone would take the order. And they wouldn't take the next order until that car had paid, received their food and left. Then the next car is still sitting at the speaker waiting for someone to acknowledge them. Every time we order here, they are friendly and the order is correct. The food is hot and you get it quickly. Today, our order came in two bags. After the first, the gal at the window said "One more bag" twice--this is really helpful for folks like me who would just drive off, thinking they had just said "thank you" or something. I love adding a bean & cheese burrito off the dollar menu, and my kid likes the Baha Blast drink (which I tasted once & no thank you!). The strawberry lemonade they had was great, too. During a time where limited contact with food is necessary, order accuracy is imperative. I understands we should all be more understanding and patient these days. However, single parents who work full time and are supporting kids with distance learning don't need more blows to their day. When I decide I'm coming through your drive through to spend my money on a night I need a break from cooking, please do the simplest task to ensure the order you pack and hand me is correct, especially when I approved the items on the screen. Went there yesterday around 4:45pm. The drive thru lane was long so v we decided to go inside. We walked inside. There were 2 customers ordering on the kiosk, 2 of us at the register, 1 door dash. So disappointing cause it seemed as though there were no communication between the workers. Everyone looked lost. And by now the lobby area was full. This Taco Bell is scamming you out of money. 1 side of ground beef is 1/3 cup or 2.67 ounces. This Taco Bell serves it to you in a 2 ounce container. They are stealing .67 ounces of beef every serving. If confronted they will without question serve it to you in the proper serving sized bowl, however most do not know. Not my favorite Taco Bell location, but I have to come here sometimes because it's literally 2 minutes from my house. The service is pretty slow for fast food and there always seems to be issues with the cash register. It looks pretty sad inside too. Hasn't been revamped like some of the other more modern looking locations. I give them two stars though because it's pretty clean in here and at least the food turns out ok. read more

Lastime I ordered a burrito Supreme , I got a loosely rolled burrito with mostly beans and a thumb size of beef. Went here to grab some hard shelled tacos, craving on those crunchy crispy tacos. We used the drive-thru but should've went inside because had to wait for a bit just to get to the ordering dock and there were only 3 cars in front of us. Tacos were crunchy.. but.. crunchy soggish..?? 2 out of 3 tacos sleeve were soaked and condiments just dropped right out of it as I tried to unwrap it, for a moment I experienced anger management watching half of my meal vanishing.. I had to take the extra step spoofing my taco with my palm so gently so it can reach its original final destination.. my empty stomach. The mango iced tea was ordered as part of a meal and actually made up lots of loss I got from the tacos.. it was that good.. I'll be trying it again just because I like Taco Bell crunchy taco so much and hopefully I will get to use my peace management next time I crave for those. read more

The grilled cheese burrito was not good and did not look like the t.v. commercials but I did ask for none of that nasty salty nacho cheese off. The steak burrito, again, did not look like the commercials and after one bite, I put it down for later. It was not a good taste either. If they did not have their delicious slushes- cherry and blue blast, I'd probably would not come back.
