Mosaic tile sections were missing tiles due to their installation and knocking loose the tiles and not replacing them. There was grout all over everything after they had finished grouting. The water guard product which is red was flicked all over the new tile and required removal with a razor blade. They came back multiple times to try and fix and they did not. In the end we had to tear out all of the tile and backer board in two bathrooms and start again. We may have to tear out the third bath as well. We are out about $5000 in the cost of tile and removal at this point. I have heard that Edward and his Father do good work but the people they sent to our job did not.
