Evidently their system is screwed up and they never got the payment. We just had to pay a damn late fee on top of everything else. 3) Initially dangled a bunch of "free moving truck" and "x number of free weeks rent" to get us interested and we got NONE of that. We just went with them because we were already there thanks to their lying online marketing. If we could do it all over again we would NOT use this storage facility.

This storage facility is now The Storage Center located at 3820 Harvey Rd in College Station. For…read morethe past 2 years we have attempted to work with management to have the lighting fixed in the hallway where our unit was (yes WAS) located. It is now October and we have vacated this storage location. While the immediate manager appears to have attempted to resolve the lighting issues, I can only assume that the upper management of this company has complete and total disregard for the quality and appearance of their facility. Upon vacating, of the FIVE light fixtures in the hallway where our unit was located, 1.5 fixtures were operational. Other hallways at this location are in the same type of disrepair. In addition, the manager chose not to have us complete a vacating form although it still states on the exit gate that one must do so before vacating; nor was she willing or able to prorate for the month with 20 days left. We have attempted to have the lighting issues resolved not just for us but other renters as well. We surely cannot be the only renters that would have liked to be able to see inside their unit without a flashlight. Renters beware!

So first off, I was a bit hesitant about coming to the laundromat because it only had two reviews. But never judge a book by its cover my friends. I got to Campus Laundry a bit close to my house and I hate that place. This is a bit farther from my house but well worth it. For starters, the woman working there was bilingual and fluent in both her languages. She assisted me when it looked like I was probably confused( I was really just in awe about how nice the place was) and let me know about their specials. (6am-7am all washing is 1$ JUST 1$!!! for an early bird like me that's too perfect). Next up, all the machines had DEBIR CARD READERS omg this was the best part. I hate taking out cash every weekend just to break it into a bunch of quarters. So that was just super freaking kick ass. They had vending machines with good snacks in them )that also too debit cards) and they had another vending machine for all your laundry needs WHICH ALSO HAD A DEBIT CARD READER!! There's good cameras all over the place and more than 2 TV's and last but not least they've got wifi!! I went on a Monday so I'm sure there's more traffic on the weekend but It's just me here right now and i'm having a blast. Come to this laundromat. You won't regret it.
