I'm not impressed with this facility. I rented online and when I arrived at this "unmanned "…read morelocation. there was a lock on my assigned unit. I found a similar one empty and was 1/2 way done unloading truck when management returned my calls. They informed me the door was broken on the one I chose. It was a mechanical issue that made it very difficult, but I decided to keep it. Rather than removing all the contents. I called several months ago complaining about an ant hill that was encroaching into my unit. Today I arrived to find nothing had been done about it. Now there's also rodent droppings all over my couch. I called to inform them of my planned move out on March 13 but they refused to prorate the month! Which makes zero sense seeing I moved in on the 20th of the month and they prorated it and also because my unit wasn't rentable because of the broken door. So now I'm moving out on the 28th to avoid a full months rent. This sucks because I'll have to store it at my home for 13 days before I'm moving. But I'd rather do that then give them another penny. My advice is "Don't rent here."

I requested quotes via Yelp and this company was not one of the orginals that came through. The owner took the time to reach out to me and everything was smooth sailing from then on. Communication was clear, they were on time (if not early which I love!), efficient, effective, fast, took care of items and so pleasant to work with! I was combining households with another family member so we were working with having to fit my furniture into her existing home and they were able to make it work which I thought was going to be impossible! We also had some items that needed to be hauled away and when I asked if they had a referral for me, Jonathan (the owner) offered to give us a quote on those items so we could have them removed that day as well. In addition to all of the amazing service that we received, they were by far the best value without all of the crazy tacked on fees that so many movers put on a move. I cannot begin to recommend Harder's Movers enough and will continue to do so and will defintely use them in the future for moves or when we need larger items to be hauled away.
