I started looking for wedding planners pretty far in advance, thankfully, as it turns out. I thought I had found what I was looking for with Table 6, a custom package and a planner I clicked with. I paid the deposit of 1200 and put myself at ease, kept in contact via email and phone. First, I got an email from the planner stating she had taken another job in addition to her position and not to worry but she could still handle my day, but the emails became further and few between and my last email to her had no reply. Then, at the end of last month I got an email stating my planner was no longer with the company and that our contract was terminated, but they would find me another one. When I replied back, surprised, and asking for my deposit back and to reduce the services to day of, I was told I'd have to get the deposit back on my own and there was no way they could draw up a new contract even with the old one terminated and I'd have to continue with the original terms, even though they, themselves, voided the old contract. She then told me the name of a new planner with her company and emailed me back, a day later to tell me she was mistaken and they hadn't assigned me one, but they would in her words "very, very soon" Glad I'm not holding my breath as that was a week ago. Disorganized, unprofessional, and unwilling to work with you even if the mistake is theirs. I wouldn't sign a new contract with them if it was for free. Awful experience and I'll be sure to not only post this review here, but on the knot, facebook, and of course, good old word of mouth. read more
