We were staying in Kane while visiting Allegheny national forest. We came to this cute restaurant for a bite to eat. I loved the decorations and the interior of the restaurant. We sat in the outside seating and I loved that. I always choose outside seating! We ordered pizza and a side salad. The side salad was very good. The pizza was just okay. It could have been cooked a little longer. The waitress and staff was very nice and happy to help. If we ever go back to Kane, we will be back to try something else. read more

If I could give it negative stars I would. Quick to be seated but took about 1/2 hour to get service and there were only about 10 customers occupying I'd say 4 tables. The food order took around another 1/2 hour and I went with the chef special orange chicken with lime rice and I'm sure it wouldn't have even made good dog or cat food. The rice was boil in a bag way overcooked and seemed like a pound of butter and the chicken had the consistency as a leather work boot that sat out in the rain for a month. The dish was 14.00 when it should have been 4.00. This place had a lot of hype in that area and I don't see it and very unimpressed. Place is nice on the inside and the decor is rustic which is awesome but that's the only good thing I have to say about table 105. read more

3rd try and my last one for this place. 1st the French onion soup was bland like onion dishwater. Atleast it wasn't saltwater like the prior visit. The chicken parm I had to send back as it was black burnt, but it's replacement was so bland and lack luster. You common sense , slice It thinner and not serve a mound of burnt chicken as your afraid it would come out raw. The hose salad was very good earning 2 stars for the meal. I was saddened that after sending back no owner or manager came to the table for feedback. Maybe no one cares if you had a good meal. Oh and adding 3 % cc fee as not acceptable. read more

Walked in on a Sunday afternoon. Got seated right away and got our cheese pizza in 20 minutes. Our waitress was nice. Gave us advice on places we should visit in the area. Cheese pizza was good. Great diverse menu from fresh fish, pasta, pizza, burgers, salads and yummy appetizers. Our food was outstanding. We started with onion straws for an appetizer with raspberry tea. Then side salads that were the ideal size, our waitress even added oranges and cranberries that made a delish salad. The 5 cheese ravioli was incredible and the personal pan pizza was to die for. Inside was very nice with wood accent walls, candles at each table and a full bar if you're not too hungry. Highly recommend in the small town of Kane in the Allegheny Forest. read more

Would be a 3 if just rating food. Environment and ambiance is amazing here. You don't feel like you are in Kane. It gets pretty busy for sure. The drink selection offers a wide variety of liquors, wines, beers. The menu is pretty eclectic. I like the selections and variety. Ordered the Baja tacos which taste wise were pretty good. Had A LOT of random liquid leaking from them however. Good light flavor and didn't feel gross after eating it like a lot of other bar food that's just fried. Appetizer went with the portabello. Presentation was disappointing, sloppy and very small. Didn't see any basil on top or under cheese. The purées roasted garlic was a very nice addition. This also felt like there was a lot of random liquid, perhaps too much balsamic. But the overall texture and flavor was good. I'd eat here again because the offerings are decent. The servers are very friendly and attentive. Second time here we had the calamari and pizza. The calamari was nicely cooked. It has sauce and then hidden a kind of pesto maybe. The pieces that were in the pesto were a little soggy but that's no big deal. Still delicious. The pizza was nice and light and airy. The flavor was good. The mushrooms were fresh not canned. We had incredible experience at Table 105! Their menu offers a large variety of food options that you may not typically find in this area! The bacon wrapped scallops are incredible. I'm so happy a place like this opened up to serve the nearby communities! It's classy, clean, and the food and service are outstanding. We took my mother-in-law here one Saturday night and she loved the prime rib so much that a few months later we decided to bring a large group to celebrate her 75th birthday party here. We live on the west coast so I had to do all the planning from afar. Cathy was AMAZING helping us get organized. We texted and spoke on the phone several times and every interaction convinced me that making the event special was her priority. Not only were they flexible when the number of guests fluctuated, they even went out of their way and got prime rib, my mother-in-law's favorite, for the Thursday of the party even though they usually only have it available on Saturdays. They also had crowd pleasers (cheese burgers, mac and cheese etc.) for our young kids as well. In the end, the night was perfect! Everyone, especially the birthday girl, had a great time. Table 105 will continue to be a regular stop when our family is in town! read more

First timer. Very friendly staff, solid craft beer lineup to include at least three local offering, but maybe one too many IPAs. Would like to see a malty selection or two during the winter months. Greek salad was huuge and very good. Spring mix lettuce instead of the usual romaine. Wings were solid but unremarkable. I've eaten here three times now when visiting home since it's the latest and greatest. The first trip, my mom had the veggie burger and loved it, my grandma got the chicken strips which come in a huge portion (see photos) with batter that tastes just like the old Shady Point's tenders, but the chicken was pretty grisly. I ordered the baja fish tacos and wasn't really a fan. I might be a bit of a fish taco snob having lived in Boston, but they were very bland and really needed a slaw to give some crunch, freshness, and flavor. I wouldn't order them again. The fries and chips are pretty decent. The next trip was for dinner and I ordered the ahi tuna app which was really amazing, but was really awkward to eat (on won ton chips which break apart really easily). I see from pictures this app may have changed now, so hopefully the flavor is still there. I then got the Indian Curry for my meal which came with hummus and naan. My dad had never had curry and thought this dish was amazing, I've had authentic Indian, so I thought it was decent, but the it was lacking the real punch of flavor I was looking for and some of the chicken (much like the tenders) was grisly. The hummus and naan were great. The next time I came here for lunch, I ordered a tall rum and coke. It came in such a small glass I thought it was a joke (see picture). The next drink I ordered they gave me in a "taller" glass which was exactly what the other bars in town serve as a normal cocktail all the time (and still not "tall" by any standards). Very unusual. My mom and grandma split a pizza and my grandma got a side salad. The pizza took SO long to come out, my grandma kept waiting and waiting to eat her salad with her pizza and finally gave up because she was so hungry and just ate the salad in advance. I have to say the pizza was really good and we were all happy with it, it would just be better if it hadn't been cold and a bit soggy. I can't resist Asian food or miso, so I tried the Asian tacos. They were much better than the Baja, but were still a bit off. I thought they had way too much ginger when I got them since I rarely need ginger for my sushi, but I ended up eating all of it to balance out the flavors. I'll keep going back and trying more since it's finally a new, different choice in town and everyone raves about it. Table 105 has become my favorite restaurant to enjoy a meal or a drink anytime I'm visiting the area. Not only do they know how to make a martini, the food is flavorful and presented well. This place has the best prime rib in the area and I've never been disappointed by any of their specials. Beyond that, the service is impeccable. Not just the wait staff and bartenders, though servers in both groups have been outstanding, but the owner and operators as well. When I was planning my mom's birthday from the other side of the country, Table 105 didn't just take a reservation, but made sure my mom's favorite meal would be served that night, a special they don't usually serve during the week. Going above and beyond for a customer like that to give my mom a happy birthday is just another way this restaurant is set apart from the rest. I really wanted to like this place. Liked that they were trying to be more upscale with a different menu compared to other places in area. Sadly after 3 tries I give up. First time ordered pizza meh nothing special & bland. Second time ordered just a drink & dessert to go. When I tried the cake later at home it tasted weird so threw it out. Third strike tried Mahi Mahi fish tacos. Oh my they were bad. Granted I'm super picky having lived in San Diego but for $13.50 they needed to be better. Fish was flavorless & hard to chew. I can't eat corn & they don't have any salsa to substitute. To their credit they didn't make me pay for it after eating only two bites. My husband and I came for dinner on a Sunday around 4pm. The place is very nice however I don't like the open concept with the bar. As we ate there were several very loud people at the bar drinking. We couldn't enjoy our dinner over the noise from the bar area. At one point I couldn't hear the waitress talking to me over the bar noise. We ordered the artichoke dip as a starter, it was good. My husband ordered the NY Strip with risotto and asparagus. The steak was cooked right however it was topped in A1 sauce which took away from the taste. The risotto was too cheesy. I ordered the chicken parmigiana. It was topped with ricotta cheese which I enjoyed. However the chicken was very overcooked and dry. I give it 3 stars because of the noise and the food. My wife was born in Kane and periodically we travel back here to visit. We discovered that Table 105 now occupies the site of a former gift and stationery store named Archers a well known fixture in the old Town. In keeping with the town's new image, Table 105 was opened. The restaurant brings new menu ideas while still retaining the old Town flavor I had the Cobb Salad which was enormous and flavorful and a freshly baked blueberry cobbler for dessert. My friend and I stopped here after a volleyball tourney in Kane. I had never heard of this place- but she heard it was delishhh so we went for it. I ordered the Asian fish tacos. They were quite tasty with the Asian slaw. They came with a lot of ginger- but I was able to pull it off easily. There were prob 4-5 slices of ginger? Seemed excessive to me. I received a side salad with my dish and ordered blue cheese dressing. Not sure where they get the blue cheese- but it was super runny/watery. It is decorated quite charming inside. A mix of modern and country that blends well together. The bathrooms were super fancy- love the leaf sinks. Our table was beside a sliding barn door- which we were able to move for privacy. Even though a cute little boy was able to squeeze himself thru to greet us during dinner. :) We got there at just the right time- after we ordered it was completely packed in there and there was a wait. My new favorite place to eat! Meals are flavorful and portions are just perfect for a hearty appetite. The bartender was very knowledgeable about what drink would compliment my meal, and he was spot on! Craft beers are varied and tasty. Food is first rate! Everything from 1/2 lb. burgers, to caprese salad, hummus, poutine, steaks, seafood, chicken, pasta, and pizza! I highly recommend the bourbon salmon with cheesy risotto and asparagus! Atmosphere is classy without being snooty, and that's a good fit for the area. People are really liking this place, as I could tell from the line of customers at the entrance. I highly recommend the homemade salad dressings and, most importantly, the filet mignon! This restaurant could easily fit in Old City Philadelphia. I recently went to table 105 with my sister from out of town. I live in Florida and she lives in Erie and we made a special trip with my sisters husband because he had never been there. When we arrived the place was not busy at all, there are was only 3 tables full. We waited about a 10 or more minutes to get greeted and by that time we were greeted we just ordered. My brother in law got a burger, I got soup and salad and my sister got a salad also. After 35 minutes we finically asked where out food was and was told the burger was done but they are still waiting for the rest. That is so confusing and it has really gone don hill from when then first opened. Sadly most restaurants close within the fort few years and sadly I feel your on your own way! read more

I had my last dinner here on Friday. I had a 100.00 gift certificate that expired on Dec 31. I thought that with all the covid issues and restrictions during the year that Table 105 would at least extend gift period. We were in the over 65 category which meant we had to be overly cautious where we went. But oh no the management refused to accept the certificate. I tried to explain our situation with covid but they refused to budge. Apparently they needed the money more than me. So they accepted our donation. My wife and friends will never visit again. And by the way my prime dinner was terrible. But the waitress was great. I don't get to come to my hometown often -- but I am here for family reason. We decided to go to Table 105, just for lunch, something simple. I have been there once before and it was ok. But today -- slightly busy -- and after waiting over 45 minutes for a simple hamburger and fries -- we just asked for a check and left. The service was absolutely awful -- it is one thing to not ever get your meal without asking the person at the front door -- but our waitress completely ignored us -- good services means checking in on customers -- I realize Kane doesn't have a lot of choices -- but I would think twice before going here. Every time I eat here, I can't get enough of both the food and the atmosphere. Their burgers are phenomenal - especially the table 105 burger. The steaks were cooked well and the waitress came at reasonable times to refill drinks and ask if we need anything. Often, Friday and Saturday are VERY busy, so it's best to go on a different day to experience both the look of the restaurant and a calm and enjoying eating experience. read more
