We noted that we called the night before and the idiot shouted 'no you didn't, you would have talked to me!' My wife pulled out her phone and read off the number she called. Dumbo confirmed that was their number and STILL told us we didn't call (wtf?). She did seem to remember that we also asked for two cases of a particular wine on the same call (that supposedly didn't happen) which were ready for us to pick up.
