Our waiter spoke very good English and was really knowledgeable about the menu. I'm quite a wine snob but am pretty dumb when it comes to Sicilian wines. I asked him for a recommendation based on my wife's steak order. In my home town Miami thats a license to steal as the most expensive wine would end up on your bill.
