People who deal with people getting life changing medications shouldn't look like they don't care about you. He doesn't care and won't even look at you. Anytime you see him he looks extremely upset to be there. He shouldn't be working as a physician if he does not want to help people. He cares about lunch and getting off of work. AVOID THIS PHARMACY EVEN IF YOU LIVE IN THE AREA. Go to Lakewood, they will take better care of you there. This pharmacy should not exist. Replace it with a Walgreens or just get better pharmacists all around. They will close the pharmacy 5 minutes before closing time. They just simply don't care. One day I noticed they were on my Clover app and offered $10 off my next purchase. I went in to grab more than usual since I was going back to Cali. He rung me up and when I went to punch in my number he immediately told me I could not use my coupon. I asked why not when it was given to me in the app for shopping with him on a regular and he proceeds to tell me how he would be losing money and blah blah blah. So I said ok, purchased a few and left. Well the next time I came in , there was no more talk and he was really dry and short with me like I was bothering him. I took it as him having an off day so I ignored it, but the second time he was the same thing. I'm confused why he has an attitude when I didn't. He's the one not honoring the coupons that he signed up for but I'm cool. I took a break for a long time and when I came in a few weeks ago he started with the smart mouth and attitude because I wanted my leaf fresh. Booo to this store! Go to Midnight Smoke, Cali Smoke or Smoke FX, they have great customer service and won't argue with you!

For starters - their cigar selection was paltry; most of the boxes on the shelves were empty. The pricing on what they did have was good so I made due, but that was disappointing. Next, I think they have a sitting fee for visitors, but I came in ~1hr before closing and I wasn't charged. The place has two floors: first floor is the shop and the 2nd floor is the lounge. When I went upstairs, the place was empty (which is fine) but my issue was the cleanliness. The space was not well kept; all the chairs were worn, several areas had ash on the floor, and the bathroom was extremely untidy. I was there roughly 45 minutes and while someone came by to check on me... I think he was going to the bathroom (and figured he would kill two birds with one stone.) In closing, the sticks weren't expensive, and the upstairs is a decent size. If you're not particular, by all means stop in and give them a try. That said I can't recommend this location because I expect more service, a larger selection and a cleaner space.
