The gallery also features a drawing station where sketch artists create custom hand drawn art right before your eyes! When my family and I came in on a Friday evening after California Adventure, the Gallery was busy! We saw the large unique Collectible Magic Key! It was cool, but expensive. You could easily spend an hour here looking at all of the Disney art pieces. Over the years, the Wonderground Gallery has celebrated a variety of art styles and periodically hosted meet and greet and even signing events with featured artists! Recently the gallery was refurbished in 2024. Parts of the offerings were moved over to other Disney stores like the Disney Home store. If you're visiting Downtown Disney, I'd highly recommend checking out the Wonderground Gallery. Before taking pictures of the gallery, we did ask a cast member if it was okay, and we were informed it was good to take pictures inside the Art Gallery! My family and I enjoyed our time here. Discounts are accepted at the Wonderground Gallery which includes the Magic Key Holder Discounts, the Disney Vacation Club discounts, and the Disney Visa Cardmember perks.

None of the associates were smiling, and one employee in particular appeared visibly irritated, which made the space uncomfortable. At one point, I even paused and mentioned to my sister how off-putting the energy felt. Instead of feeling welcomed or encouraged to explore, I felt like a nuisance for being in the store. This was disappointing, especially given how much I enjoy the brand and how excited I was to make a purchase. It took a crew of 8 to 10 people to bring the tree in and get it planted, and they did an incredible job with the placement. They walked me through exactly what I needed to do to care for it, especially during that crucial first year. I've also had two visits from their MVP Pro Care team, and Kevin, Alba, and Travis Zack were fantastic. They showed up on time, gave me a heads up before arriving, and took the time to explain what they were doing and how I should continue caring for the tree to keep it healthy. They were professional, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about their work. Overall, working with Moon Valley has been easy and seamless. I highly recommend them for large tree installations or any yard plants you're considering. They really know their plants and how to care for them properly.

Local nurseries on Marketplace sell the same trees with nowhere near the 200% markup, and the service is often better. I paid $10,000 for what turned out to be the smallest, thinnest, already-dying privacy hedges. Completely overpriced and disappointing. They even sent out an "arborist" after I raised concerns. I specifically pointed out that one tree was thin and dying. She did nothing, left it in place--and now the tree is completely dead. Never again. I learned a very expensive lesson due to lack of knowledge and experience. Hopefully you don't have to. Learn from my wallet. I'm still stuck with a dead tree.
