They were also willing to answer all my questions! Well done! When we decided on the tires based on their recommendation, with their estimate in hand, we went to our dealership and gave them a chance to suddenly come up with the tires they no longer had, and provide them at a cheaper rate, (note: they did not know that we had an estimate from another location) Not only did they beat airport tires price, but they also provided us with free laser alignment. So, airport Tire did not get our business this time, but they are in a Rolodex now, and we will definitely be contacting them in the future.

He didn't make me feel rushed and he genuinely concerned about making sure I was comfortable with any decisions made regarding my car. ( I will never use anyone but Rich's after this) Also I was told that I should visit the bug wash station before washing the car if they would have clearly reviewed their cameras they would have seen that I did that and I also stated that I had visited the bug wash station in my review.
