The owners at Alternate Auto Alignment Scott and Paco were very professional and chill…read more I called and talked to Scott several days ago and he said, " just bring your car in we will look at it." I saw him in the morning and Scott advised, "I just have one car in front of yours and then we can get to yours." Paco took my Honda 2020 CRV for test drive as I was concerned I knocked my right back tire out of alignment after I tagged a curb taking a right hand turn. I had heard a thub thub sound when on the local streets and on highway. Paco took my car for test drive for a good 20 minutes or so drive and he said, " David your car is fine you might have had some dirt or something that got between the brake shoe and the rotor that was causing the sound but it worked its way out. " Paco took the time and put my car up on the ramp to show me what might have caused the sound. I said, "I want to pay your for your time." He said, " David that's all right you are fine, you do not owe me anything as your car is fine." Then after that I was able to talk to Scott about some of the classic cars, I saw on his Facebook page that he had worked on and he took the time to share with Me several of the different cars that were in recently and that they are working on. If I went back for a second career I would want to be a mechanic working for Scott and Paco they were super chill, very professional, honest and down to earth. Thank you Scott and Paco for an awesome experience!!! You guys truly rocked my day and socks off!!! I want to give a shout out to Gesell's Automotive Service for taking the extra step with my car!…read more If it wasn't for the crew at Gesell's Auto who knows where I would be. I took my car into them because my check engine light was on and my backyard mechanic couldn't figure it out! That was nothing major, it was my gas cap, but doing a few of their simple double checks before they release your car back to you, the crew found a major problem with my gas sensor. They fixed that along with a few loose nuts or bolts ( I'm not sure which) what I do know is I had someone force me off the road the other day and if it wasn't for them taking the time to check my car over, I don't think Dee and I would be here today! Your knowledge and care saved my life! You guys ROCK Thank you !!!

I would like to give everybody here a warning about dealing with Gesells Automotive…read more My parents brought a 2006 Buick Lucerne into them for a small antifreeze leak and a power steering leak... This turned into a 4,800 bill. They ended up tearing the engine apart finding it needed timing chains and a bunch of other things. They put the engine back together set the timing wrong, and then tried to blame it on a "sensor that was too sensitive" And it was perfectly fine and not to worry about it I called them out on this they took the vehicle back and then had it for 4 months... 6 months total it took them to finally get the vehicle working. They then tried to blame a gear on the camshaft, It was fine It was eventually taken to a GM dealer which they paid for after threatening them with legal action they set the time incorrectly My mom finally gets her car back, The suspension light is on they broke off the suspension sensors when they lifted it up... Under no circumstances should you deal with them, they are completely 100% incompetent, The owner doesn't give a shit he had my parents vehicle for 6 months and kept on making excuses until legal action was threatened. As of right now it's still not right it needs an alignment and The broken suspension sensors replaced. The fact he let the car go like this shows he doesn't care. Do not use them You will regret it
