As I am new to the world of pedicures and manicures this is only my fourth business to try out. As soon as I entered the business I was immediately greeted. The business was also very clean. Then my wait time was only about 30 seconds. The lady who did my pedicure and manicure was incredibly friendly and professional. She was also very meticulous at her work and worked more diligently than any of the previous businesses. It took her a little longer because she worked harder than the other businesses. I have had the worst experience at this nail salon, one of the manicurist is also the owner. On my second visit the owner who also was the manicurist made my cuticle bleed with her tools, she put a cotton ball on it and walked away talking on the phone. A couple of her staff came over and put some type of gell on my cuticle to stop the bleeding. I said I refused to pay for manicure but still paid for the half of a pedicure that I received. I chose to return as I live close to salon. This visit, the owner was very nasty with me and said that I must pay up front. I did as she asked, she never apologized instead blamed me because I didn't pay. The pedicurist burned my foot due to hot water. When I asked for a foot massage she put a hot towel on my foot. I paid for the services and even have a modest tip. I will not return I now have fungus on my nails. I am through with, Tnails. read more

Went in today for pedicure which I patiently waited. Not only did they start on someone else before me guess because my old polish was shellac. I was asked by both workers what polish and I replied regular. She said you had shellac taken off and I replied yes but want regular. She took it upon her self to give me shellac still but I was thinking it was reg and they was trying to get the customers out. She told me $58 and i was like no its $33. She lied on me and stated I said shellac and tried to get the other worker to agree.The customer beside me said no she said regular. This lady took the shellac off charged me a extra $5 saying she had to take the shellac off. After that I just said I'll go home and paint my own toe nails and will never come back for pedicure ever. read more

They're rude and pushy and basically trap you into spending more money than they quote and more than their menus state. I wanted a fill. They claimed my acrylics were "too old" and we went back and forth for a few minutes with my tech and the woman next to her demanding I get a new set for $20. I finally gave in and they told me it was extra to take my nails off and for shellac. I asked how much and my tech told me it would be $30, $5 for taking off the nails and $5 for shellac upgrade. I reluctantly agreed even though I had planned to come in for a $13 fill because they had already taken my polish off and starting clipping at the acrylic so I felt I had little choice. I told them I didn't want my nails cut and my tech told me they were already long so they would do it like an overlay. Fine. She proceeds to roughly pull off the acrylic with nail clippers, tearing one of my nails and ripping off another all the way down to the skin so now I have some tips and some natural nails. Thanks! I wash and go over to the shellac station and take out my credit card to pay. The woman tells me it will be $40. I told her that the tech who did them said $30 and she said no it's $20 for the set (I only got acrylic overlay, no tips), $5 for taking them off and $15 for the shellac. I asked her to please ask the woman who would did them because she told me a different price but she refused. The woman who had been doing nails next to me came over and she told me it was going to be $40 and I said but the tech who was next to you told me $30, I said please turn around and ask her she's right there. They both just told me no and demanded I pay $40. The place was crowded and felt kind of held hostage because my nails were already done so I decided not to make a scene even though they essentially scammed me. Nice staff and lots of colors of polish. I got a pedicure. $25 well spent. They used a razor on my feet, which I love so that made the whole experience for me! Foot massage was lacking though. I also took my niece here for her first pedicure. They were very sweet to her but I didn't love that they charged me the full price for her since it was mostly a polish and foot soak. Overall, decent place if you're out and about. I wouldn't go here all the time though, nor would I plan a special trip here for my girlfriends or their kids. read more

Zero stars. Horrible customer service. I came in and was skipped over In service. When I spoke up and said I should be next in line the tech was very rude . Once she started doing my nails she burned me several times with the drill. I asked her to please be careful. When she finish another tech asked for payment before painting my nails and I asked her if she would run the drill under my nail to smooth and clean. She said it would be three dollars extra. In which I stated that it was not on your price list. I told her I have Never been charged extra for that at any shop and I was not leaving until it was done. Reluctantly She obliged but said she would add it to her price list.. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They should learn to treat all customers with respect and they will return. read more

The nail tech was very rude she didn't cut my cuticles and she didn't change or try wash her utensils I paid $40 just for an acrylic set I asked the nail tech why was the price so high she said that's the normal price I didn't want to argue so I went alone with it the woman that was sitting it the chair next to me said that they charged her $50 for a manicure and a pedicure the sign only said $20 for a manicure and $25 for a pedicure I asked the nail tech can I pick another color she refused to let me get up I WILL NOT BE GOING THERE ANY MORE!!!!!!! I've been going to this nail shop for almost 2 years. I went a couple weeks ago to have a chipped nail fixed. I got there at 7:10pm. They refused to service me and stated that they are closed when the sign clearly stated 7:30pm is there closing sign and no other signage was posted about closing earlier. The only guy that works there was very rude with me. I use to go every two weeks religiously. I will never return. They really need to work on there customer service. read more
