THE WORSE NAIL SALON EXPERIENCE as I walked in, I was completely ignored and seemed like a bother. I asked for a pedicure and was assigned a male older man to do my pedicure.No questions were asked on what I wanted nor the price to proceed .He simply sat me down With no communication and visible attitude. Working on my toes like he was in a rush , there was no scrubbing or nothing done. He simply painted my toes and called it a pedicure. Charging 45$ for that? Bad service and being rushed out when no other person was there. He didn't even let my toes dry just threw me out the door with those paper sandals that smudged the nail polish as I was paying.Left disappointment and with tears of anger. I came in to the salon and asked the gentleman how much it would be for a new French tip acrylic set. I was told it would be 45.00, I asked if he could do my nails in a hour, he accepted and started on my nails. Once he had the tips glued on my nails, he let me know it was going to be 60 if I wanted natural French tip nails. I accepted and he continued on my nails. He never asked me what nail shape I wanted, he just did them as he pleased. I was later told to switch seats and a lady started to work on my nails. She requested for me to go wash my hands when I came back, the price changed again she informed me it was going to be a total of 65 dollars. Seems very unprofessional to give a customer price and then when you begin to work on the nails to switch the price. I was very disappointed with the lack of customer service provided by this nail salon. I arrived at 9:00 to get my nails done. At the time, there were only 2 nail technicians, one of which was the owner of the establishment. The owner had a great attitude and got to work quickly with another client. The other technician legit spent 45 min in the back area folding towels. When the owner asked him to assist me, the tech stated he would not bc he was heading to the gym. As small business owner myself, I was appalled at his response and lack of professionalism to his employer. If that had been me, I would have fired him on the spot. That type of bad behavior and attitude needs to be curbed immediately. If not it will spread like a cancer to other employees. The owner had to call another tech to come in early to work on my nails. The tech that did my nails wasn't much better. I tried to start a conversation but was met with one worded answers. By 9:48am the place was packed. Another customer approached my tech and asked what time they opened bc she had been told they opened at 10am. She was clearly annoyed at the lack of nail techs. My tech confirmed they opened at 10am. Im not sure if the tech was stoned or what bc the nail salon opened at 9:00am. When the client told him it was 9:48a, well before 10am, the nail tech just ignored her. The customer ended up leaving due to the lack of response. The rest of the nail techs start arriving after 10am. You would think that bc there are customers waiting that they would quickly grab a customer and start working. Instead, they are stuffing their faces with Starbucks pastries at their workstations and arguing about a colleague that didn't receive a memo. Word to the wise a memo needs a paper trail; send an email or a text. Yelling in the middle of the salon, "I told her" is very unbecoming. I ended up leaving the salon at 11:30am. Mind you I didn't get a mani or pedi. I simply got shellac on my nails and toes. They wasted 2 1/2 hours of my time on a job that should have taken 45 min at most. All in all, the techs here are very talented but due to their lack of professionalism, I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

This is the worst place ever. As soon as I walked in I could feel the negativity reaping through this establishment. I waited 15 minutes in the chair to have a pedicure with no water or anything for me to be soaking my feet while waiting for the Tech. While sitting there I had placed my phone and polishbi had selected on a small table next to me. Apparently table was unstable and polish rolleded of and broke.. I let the lady in charte know andvthat i was sorry and just wantedvthem to know so area would get taken care of. Tech finally walked in and was on her phone with her ear fobs complaining about the owner asking her to come in and wait on clients. The entire time that I was there the girl just motioned me where she wanted my feet. Even though I spoke to her in Spanish she still continued to use han motions while continuing to complain on her phone about her boss to someone. At One point I let her know that she was hurting me and she said under breath it's not my fault that it hurts. This was the one time she spoke she spoke in spanish. I also am very ticklish and when she was scrubbing my feet I did squirm a little and she decided that she was not going to scrub them anymore and just rolled her eyes at me the whole time not saying a word just everything with her facial expressions or her hand motions. I let owner know and she says well she doesn't know english. I said OK what languages does she speak because I spoke to her in Spanish and she still never replied. Owner stated well she shy... She could talk on her phone while she was.As I was checking out the gentlemen That rang me up I questioned my bill and asked why it was an additional $17 for extra services and he said well you've had 2 nails filed down and $15 for the clean up of the bottle of Polish you broke.. And I'm charging you because you never said you were sorry. I feel that this should have been something that the salon should absorb as accidents do happen and not passed on to the client but he said no I need to pay someone to clean up this mess and it will take 30 minutes. I would have been glad to have paid something and offered but not being forced and then being told that I had never said I was sorry when I did speak with the lady In charge. horrible job done on my nieces nails. Cut her fingers several times but still expected payment of $75 dlls.

I do not mind paying extra for a "design" but the design looked like a huge blob on my nails and they were all different sizes. The owner/manager said they would fix but I had to wait till they were done with their client. read more

I like their friendly service. The younger man that works there is very understanding and careful with his work. The owner does an amazing job. I will definitely go back for my mani and pedi. I also like how they treat my young daughters when I take them for shellac. read more

Wonderful place. Love the service, People are kind and friendly and the prices are fair. The quality of the nails are great.
