I needed some powder dip nails removed from a salon in Bridgton Maine . They did it . Charged $15. Woman was nice . Dated place , not the cleanest . Lots of coughing. Ugh . Said they charged $45 for powder dip versus $60 in Bridgton . My nails are so thin now I think I'll wait a while . read more

I've been getting my brows done only by them for years now but every SINGLE time I go in now they always say "come back we to busy" even with only two customers in there at the time. I really wanted to go to Saigon Nails, but they were closed on a Sunday. I've been really loyal to them and have always gone there. These people took me right in as soon as I walked in and yes there was a little bit of a wait. I thought Whatever.....Didn't know what I was getting myself into basically. I told them I wanted a full-set....but they took one look at my nails and realized I didn't need much work.... anywho.......got the Dip for my nails and ive never been more satisfied. They took their time and was so pleasant on Mother's Day which is what I really yearned for, for customer service. (me being in customer service myself). I give them a five plus. Awful experience! Took my niece here for her first mani/pedi, ever and it was awful! We waited well over an hour and a half after them saying it'd only be 20 minutes, kids chairs were broken, they refused to do any design or "funky" colors for my niece! They straight Up just didnt do my design after saying they would! My nails peeled off after a couple of days! And the whole thing was EXTREMELY rushed! They didn't even scrub my feet for more than five seconds even after paying for the "deluxe" package! My feet still had dry skin after and looked even worse after the pedicure than before! i was heartbroken because my niece and I had been so excited for this day for a long time! This place is terrible. They had me and my friend sit in pedicure chairs that didn't work ( no massage features and The jets that circulate the water also didn't work) the entire 'Spa pedicure' was 15 minutes start to finish. The lady next me for the same service in a working chair, started long before mine, and my pedicure was still finished before hers. I'm leaving feeling like I still need a pedicure. Go anywhere else but here. read more

My two daughters and I went up there on Valentine's Day my nails look horrible and she hit them and kept dipping them so it looks now like I have two nails on one my other daughters came out so so but didn't know how to even them out the one thankful thing is my other daughter had just a pedicure and the lady was nice to her read more

Everyone is very polite and the place is nice and clean but the manicure and pedicure were only average. I missed the good massage of hands/feet I get at my home salon. There wasn't as much attention to detail. They do carry a good selection of OPI colors. If you can't get in anywhere else, this place will do but it wouldn't be my first choice. read more

This place is filthy. After watching the staff doing manicures & pedicures for almost 2 hours, it appears that they do not sanitize their tools in any way. They did not wash out the foot basins in between pedicures. The worst was when I observed a worker spit an entire mouthful of water into the sink where clients wash their hands. NO STARS if Yelp allowed that .. They are cheap but at what price? read more

Damaged my nails with the power sander. Ground a groove down to the nail bed. Did not stop when I pulled back my hand. I now go to a salon that does not rely on the machine tools. My nails are damaged right at the top by my cuticle so it will take a long time for them to grow out and (hopefully) be healthy once again. Big mistake going to T Nails. read more

I've spent thousands of dollars over the years at this location, so I know a great deal about them and their business practices. It is important to stay on top of them because they will change prices from the ones listed whenever they feel like it, so you have to redirect them to the written price board. They also try to keep your personal nail polish for their collection if at all possible. If I bring my own polish I have to say, no less than 3 times on average, that the polish is mine because it will be whisked away or tucked in a drawer. With a great deal of effort and attention, you do receive the service you pay for, and it is usually very good. UNFORTUNATELY, being a loyal customer did not help me today. Yesterday a new woman at the location did my nails. I have natural nails and have them apply a thin, clear coat of UV gel to prevent breakage. It works great for someone like me who works on a computer all day long. Yesterday this new person DID NOT LISTEN TO ME when I said that I come in for a thin coat of UV gel. I stopped her before she started applying the THIRD base coat and reminded her that I wanted a thin coat. Of course she dismissed me and carried on speaking in Vietnamese to the others. She kept me under the UV lights for an hour - all throughout the process - and burned my hands. She also burned my nails with her rotary tool. In addition, because the gel is so thick, it is pressing into the sides of my nails and one is actually BLEEDING. I went back today to get some relief and very nicely asked if someone could look at my nails because they were causing me pain. Pain is unacceptable. I walked in, they said the usual, "May I help you?" and I explained that I was in the prior day and experiencing pain. I sat down at the manicure table and was told that nothing was wrong with my thick, bleeding, ugly nails, and that the person had been "doing long nails for long time - you nails curl - she do good job." I showed her the bleeding and it was ignored. She filed the sides of two of my nails saying over and over again that they were fine, then she ushered me out the door. When I opened my mouth to say that I was in pain from the pushing of the gel, I was dismissed. WHAT? So I left and will never go back. Their loss, my loss - I am so upset. read more
