Had a wonderful experience at this location. After dealing with a bad situation in another store. the store manager in Freeport Francisco finished off my phone when he dropped it on the floor with no regards. At this Garden City location representatives: Joel, Shy, and Phil demonstrated the definition of excellence in customer service. Paula was absolutely amazing and even saved us a bunch on charges we didnt even realize were left from the sprint to tmobile transition. 10/10 service from her, now to argue with corporate about those old charges... read more

If I could give a half a star I definitely would! This company is a mess and a nightmare! No one wants to help you they place you on for 20 and 30 minutes at a time hoping that you will get tired or don't have time to hold and most people don't have that kind of time to be placed on hold!! This is why I went to another company and just today. Hello, My name is Lena Moody. I purchased my phone from Best Buy factory unlocked. It has never been on a plan contract and I purchased it in full. It has been on several different carriers in the past. I recently left Total Wireless and decided to give T-mobile pre-paid a try. I was with T-Mobile for 1 month on the prepaid service but unfortunately it didnt pick up well in my rural area. A few days ago I decided to try a different carrier since the prepaid month had ended. Whenever I went to have my phone put on the new carrier they informed me that T-Mobile has put an IMEI number lock on my phone to prevent me from being able to change carriers. I was never on a monthly plan with T-mobile, only prepaid for only 1 month. I called T-Mobile customer service who said they can see that there in fact IS a lock on my IMEI but they blame Sprint for it and they transfer me to Sprint who tells me they cant help me because I do not have an account with them so they cant pull anything up- so they transfer me to Boost Mobile who has no idea what to do because it has nothing to do with them. I went into a T-Mobile store to set up the prepaid service, not Sprint, and not Boost Mobile. My $1000 phone is now worthless because I can not go to another carrier. T-Mobile has no right or business locking the IMEI number on a phone that was factory unlocked and not owed on. . This is my last resort before speaking to an attorney as I am exhausted with the back and forth and being given the run around. Thank you, Lena Moody read more

Very poor. I got scammed. I was told that I should turn in my phone and upgrade to a new phone and that I would receive a credit of $1000. However when sprint changed to T-Mobile they only applied $500. Which means now I'm being stuck paying for a phone monthly. When I tried calling they said it is now t-mobiles problem and they need to fix it. Very disgusted! read more

The Assistant Manager Raj was so helpful. He took care of me and my dad this week after several bad experiences at other stores. Raj went above and behind to help us figure out an upgrade issue. The staff is disgustingly rude today one of the employees brushed passed me and almost hit me with her bag .... I called her on it and she became even more rude .... why would I spend my money somewhere ...where all I'm getting is additude ... ive worked in customer service for over 9 years and she doesn't need to be in this line of work when I tried to make a complaint to another employee I was ignored.
