Since I moved to the area, this was the first AT&T store I got familiar with. It's a bit further of a walk for me than another store; however, the service and energy all make up for it.
Firstly, I find the Emily and her team are all very friendly, patient and listen to the concerns you have regarding your phone or service. They have likely heard and seen it all by the point, so if you're able to explain your issue, they will solve for it.
Most recently, I came in bored of my Apple iPhone (gasp! I know, blasphemous, but nevertheless true). I had just cracked my iPhone and was due for an upgrade in two months anyway. I figured, why the hell not? A colleague suggested the Galaxy Note 9. I did my own research, but decided I'd be open to understanding from people who talk phones every day. Enter Emily...
She made sure I knew that going from an Apple to Android isn't an easy transition for the user. She also encouraged me to look at similar phones based on what I was saying I wanted out of a phone (customizability, ability to take sharp images and long battery life). She recommended to me the Galaxy S10+, and I am so glad she did.
In addition to actively listening, she made sure everything necessary crossed over appropriately (setting up everything after being with apple for so long can be daunting- she made it super easy). With her navigating me through the process, both in-store and subsequently when I had to call a few times, it has made me love my new phone even more (even though my Apple User friends are miffed my texts are green bubbles now... Joke's on them: I can customize nearly everything I want to with this phone, so my texts are colourful regardless. Haha.)
In my experience over the past 6 months, Emily and the team working alongside her are professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Thank you for all your help! read more
