We switched to T-Mobile a couple of years ago. We have had good coverage. Every Tuesday T-Mobile has offers for customers on their app. These offers have included gift cards, discounts, subscriptions, and contest entries. Sometimes these offers even include items that may be picked up in store. Clean store. Hand sanitizer is available in multiple locations throughout the store. Masks are to be worn by employees and customers. Phone trade in event was going on during our visit. The offer is actually what brought us in. We were upgrading the phone we have for our kids. The first guy we talked to didn't know about the promotion. (There is a sign in their window, the company send out emails, and ads are on local radio.) Another associate did come to help us. He told us the phone being advertised is out of stock area wide. We were told we can order it in store or online. Ordering it in store was just them pulling up the website, and entering much of the information, then having us complete it. They even gave us back the phone, and told us we will be getting a prepaid mailer when the phone arrives to send it back. It would have been faster to enter in all of our own info ourselves. The person who "helped" me and my family was very rude and unwelcoming off of the bat, the employees name was Devin. He was very unprofessional, going as far as saying the T-Mobile chat agent "lied to me" and kept cutting me off while I was trying to explain my situation and problem. I proceeded to be kind while trying again to explain the situation only to be rudely shut down. I walked in expecting a pleasant experience and to be treated like a normal human unlike the way Devin treated me and my children in this store. read more

I went I. To get new phone,2 days later I get double billed.I call customer service and was told I had to go back to this location to fix issue.Brandon was as helpful as tick on a dog he kept blinking at me lik I was bothering him with issue and repeatedly had to go to the back to get answers. The manager Richard would not even speak to me. For the Amy of time I spent at this store and money you would think someone would care.All I got was excuses how it was a mistake but nobodies fault.
