The younger guy with glasses definitely shouldn't be allowed to work with people. He almost hit me after I told him that he has an option to quit if he doesn't know how to talk to customers. He came running to my car and he almost punched me. I wanted to cancel the other 2 lines on my account and he said that it's not his responsibility or job to help me and that's how this whole thing started. He left before the cops came and I filed a report with the WCPD and their corporate as well. Please stay away since one of their employees isn't mentally healthy.
I call everybody that has experienced harassment by this business to file complaints to BBB, FCC, and to the T-Mobile's corporate office!
I believe if I was a man and not a woman he would have spoke to me in a nicer manner.
