Yesterday I visited this location to switch from my miserable carrier to T-Mobile. I went in for a specific deal that I saw online. Turns out that deal wouldn't work for me. Cameron went above and beyond to find a solution for me. He brought his manager, Oscar, out to see if he could also make suggestions. By the time I left I had even more value than I expected. Cameron, Oscar, and Deion were an absolute delight. They turned a dreaded task into an exceptional customer service experience. Also, they are very funny and I needed a laugh. Thanks guys! read more

Waited fifteen minutes to get put in a waiting list- Told ten minute wait... Waited twenty minutes and left. Horrible set up... All employees hang our behind the cash register, located at the very back of the store, causing customers to congregate there. If they set up a small desk at the front of the store in the left side corner by the window for even just one employee to be present, the place would have a better flow and customers wouldn't have to wait as long to let an employee know what they need. Instead, their back-store set up causes long wait times just to say what you're in there for. read more

Very unprofessional store associate named Brandon needs to be fired. I took my sons phone up there because it stopped charging. I was greeted outside by him & when he looked up my information there was no phone insurance for repairs. The options he gave me were to pay the phone off & get a new one. I then asked if I could pay for repairs out of pocket and he told me no, I could only get a new phone. He became very belligerent and spoke in a very demeaning way & I asked if there was anyone else I could speak with. He pointed to the inside of the building as he stood up to try & further intimidate me & as I was walking inside the says, "I was going to give you the number to my cousin's repair shop but since you're being difficult I'm not anymore," as he waived his hands in the air. I went inside and talked to the "manager" who said I would have to take it to a third party for repairs due to no insurance. I was totally fine with that and had blow up muscle Brandon outside told me the same thing I would have said thank you and walked off. After I got to my car I phoned the store & asked the "manager" to put it in writing that I had an incident with Brandon that way if others had the unfortunate honors of dealing with him they could complain as well and start a paper trail to get him fired. Then the "manager" says another customer heard you cursing at Brandon. I told him that was not true, I did raise my voice but never cursed & he tried to turn the whole incident around on me as if I started the mess because a supposed 80 something year old was their witness. I had my son as my witness so I suppose it's now a he said, she said situation & I told the "manager" to pull the store video & play the clip back. At no point did Brandon tell me how much was left on my phone to pay off. Did I only owe $4 or $400 at this point and because he couldn't give me any details I wasn't able to make an informed decision. It was obvious he only wanted to sell phones to make a commission and promote his cousin's phone repair business as a side hustle. The "manager" needs to be retrained and Brandon needs to be fired because at this point he negatively impacts the business. I have four phones through T-Mobile and have been a long time customer and no one deserves to be treated that way by a conceded 20 something year old who can't speak nicely and calmly to others. I will never go back to this store. read more

Set up a new plan, and got a new phone. The TMobile sales rep set up my account incorrectly, and it caused a bunch of issues with the sim card. I went back to the store to resolve the issues, and the person there was rude. He was brushing his hair while talking, and he told me to go to the apple store to get a new phone to brush me off. I believe his name was Brandon in the store at 5438 Bruce B Downs in Wesley Chapel. Unacceptable. read more

Opened a business account at this location -- T.Mobile sent unsolicited tablets to us two years ago.. and started billing our acct for additional line charges. We sent back tablets after spending significant time to get return authorization for the tablets we were sent. (no less then 10 customer service calls!!) Using their return label T- Mobile had no record of the return. We engaged UPSs to confirm their own return Labels - Seems Tmobile cannot track return shipping they create -- still 2 years on they have had the line charges and tablets on our acct --- They offer us 3 months Credit when we have been billed for 2 years ---?? Use another service for your business acct -- these folks cannot handle it.. read more

I have a lemon of a phone and have tried repeatedly to get a resolution. I have paid for the insurance every month of my agreement. When I go to this store the employees and manager are smug and not at all interested in rectifying the problem. Today I got a replacement phone (my 4th replacement) and it did not work coming out of the box. The staff could care less. read more

I bought two iPhones 8 back in November from this store under the buy one get one free and T-Mobile keeps denying and refusing to refund me for one of the iPhones 8 that I was supposed to get free and the people that work at this store keep telling me that there is nothing they can do to help me.
