    SGD does fantastic work through and through. Many of the other phone companies around the area…read moregenerally throw in the towel when they realize the problem is either out of their scope or just not theirs to begin with. Not SGD though, they work tirelessly to fix issues others stop halfway through on. They do more than just phones too. Everything from TV's, security systems, camera networks, and much more. Devin and Gilbert are incredibly professional yet light-hearted and very thorough with their work and with how they explain things to the customer.     My wife has been pcs metro customer with 4 lines and 4 phones for 10 years but that's going to…read morechange. We pay for 4 line and only 2 work due to Sim card issues. Online tells me to gonto store and at store they tell me to go online. If a customer needs help and is frustrated is it foreign to consider helping them? He wanted to sell a new phone do bad he almost came out of his chronic smelling clothes induced coma. Started at $250, dropped to $132, oblivious to this store's locations website having free and $50 phones and yeah,- all 4 of our lines are upgrade eligible. Noone else was in store. We had to call out to ring him out of backroom to the counter. Could this be why Noone else is in he store? So was issue resolved? No. Do we feel as good or better about pcs metro after waste of time storevisit? No. How would we rate customer service? Quiet quitting rep needs to quit smoking and help people so he can be considered for anyone someone might buy from. I'd pay more for any set up that I trusted reliable service could be found and this guy, this store, this issue resolution was , still is epic failure. See AT&T ( Angry@ T-mobile and Transferring). I am sorry we woke you from your nap today around noon.
