A Verizon tech online was able to bring a lot of the apps back, but it still wouldn't make calls or texts. We were…read morequoted for a new phone and when bill arrived it was over $40 more a month than quoted ... they openly accept the quote was wrong but refuse to honor it or do anything to help fix the problem. Barb (the manager) will not return calls. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS ... go directly to Verizon online and deal with them directly or better still go to a different service supplier

His bill just came and he had MULTIPLE charges for subscriptions and things on his account that we never asked for, never approved, never use, nor ever wanted or knew about. His bill was $200 more than normal!!! It truly felt like the young male workers intentionally charged him to receive commissions as if we wouldn't notice. BEWARE. THEY ARE SHADY. We have never had this issue with our local stores.
